I’m ordering the same stuff every time through the mobile app, every time the guy with long blonde hair working is getting my order wrong. Every other time when it’s not him my drink is perfect.

It was my go to location. Used to serve quality drinks & service was quick compared to other starbucks locations.

Great location and amazing customer service. I met Sam for the first time today, and he made the experience really pleasant. This Starbucks feels very inviting.

If I remember correctly, the employee named Madhi acted very unprofessionally. I saw him being bossy toward his coworkers, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. also he treat customers so mean. I believe Starbucks never trained employees like this !
I always look forward to my vanilla latte at Starbucks.The team is always welcoming, and it makes my visits such a nice little break in the day.

My dog passed out and they wouldn’t give me a cup of water during a hot day. Every day I purchase breakfast and some specialty drink, I am very surprised with a bad service at this location. Hopefully, the management will teach the stuff better!

This location has basically stopped brewing coffee. If you’re not ordering an expensive specialty drink, they don’t want your business. Regular brewed coffee has to be made as an individual pour over. You have to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes to get your order. And you can’t fix the problem by ordering ahead on the app becausewhen you order from further away, the app pushes your order further down the queue and they wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes to even start the order. This is a coffee company that doesn’t like making coffee.

THE MANAGER IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THERE! Since this guy took over all I see long time employees leaving this company and complaining about him.
