I went there for the first time yesterday, and the girl at the counter was very unfriendly. I gave her a card number and password, but she insisted that she needed the barcode. I told her that entering the card number and password should also work, but she looked very impatient. Then she showed me “NOT VALID.” However, when I tried the same card at another store, it worked perfectly. This can only mean she entered it incorrectly. I won’t be going back there again.

I asked for water, and they said I have to buy something to get water. Like seriously, every Starbucks gives water without purchase.

Delicious. Received this for Birthday special. Excellent customer service.

The service was horrible, I reached there as I was short on break at work and asked for a bagel. The server gave me the bagel and asked me to put on the cream cheese as they aren’t allowed to do it. Maybe they should just close and go home. Expensive too. Wish they’d shut and timmies came up.

My daughter bought a Matcha drink with Oat milk on 7th March . After 2-3 hours of the drink she developed symptoms of Food poisoning with severe vomiting with diarrhea and slight increase in body temp .Now it is 4th day still she feels sick with nausea and blotted all the time and not able to go to school . Doctor prescribed an antibiotic also . Not sure if anyone has such an issue with this drink or place . Something was heavily contaminated to for such a sudden onset of symptoms .Public health has to check what is happening with this store . Be careful if anyone is getting this drink from this store .

Can you imagine racism in this day and age! The service i received in this store was awful I asked for a glass water she refused to give me one I was suffering with serious pains and needed water she didn’t want to serve me water told me to buy a 10$. Drink for a cup of water but she was serving the white girls cups of water I’m not understating how Starbucks is becoming so racist never come to this location costumer service is 👎🏽

Cashier litterally spent 15 mins talking to her friend while there was a line up. Kept looking at the line then just ignored everyone to talk to her friend. Left afterwards cause the wait was to long 💀💀💀

Close enough for my name. Nov 10/24- coming here early morning on a Sunday is great cause it’s quiet as most stores haven’t opened. I ordered a water and they spelt my name… almost! Jamie was an alright barista cause she tried and trying is half the battle!
