Close enough for my name. Nov 10/24- coming here early morning on a Sunday is great cause it’s quiet as most stores haven’t opened. I ordered a water and they spelt my name… almost! Jamie was an alright barista cause she tried and trying is half the battle!

This is the worst location. The staff is beyond rude. The blonde girl made my iced matcha so bitter and unblended. When I told her she got rude and dismissive. Like why are they even working retail with that attitude? It has put me off

Ordered the spinach feta egg white wrap. Bottom of the bag unglued open, oil dropped all over my desk and pants. Paper bag looks very flimsy on the bottom - I guess it got hot and wet from the oil and came apart. Yummy wrap so food is not the problem.

This is a message for the manager of this location. Since when is it standard to mix in cinnamon before milk is steamed as opposed to putting it on top. It changes the profile of the drink. Half the time drinks aren’t even made per standard. Foam making for even a latte comes out flat and sad(it’s not a flat white, it’s a latte there’s a difference, lattes still have some foam). Macchiatos being made upside down and it’s just frustrating.

Some of the workers in the store are rude, irresponsible, mean, intolerant, and disrespectful. If there was a 0-point option, I would give them 0 points.

I buy at Starbucks almost everyday, and today was not the exception. I ordered a Latte with lactose free and they prepared with regular milk, however, I mentioned to the nice girl who was giving the coffees the situation, and she told me they would make it again. At that moment, it was ok regardless I placed the order at 9:30 and I received my coffee at 9:47 am.
She mentioned to the girl who was making the coffees the situation and the girl prepared me a new one. The problem is the coffee was UNDRINKABLE! very bitter, less milk, absolutely disgusting. For this reason I had to throw it.
To the store manager: Please pay attention to the service and employees, no one wants to get sick or waste their money in a coffee that someone is making with bad intention, we are humans and we are paying for the food and drinks.

If you are looking for poor coffee+poorer service+poorest staff, bingo! This is the right place to go. Overly-charged for latte w/ caramel, spelled the customer name "James" into "Tom" and told was a misspelling. Not ready to serve their customers, more like spend time with their fellow co-workers and get the paycheck and go home. Again, conclusion would be the first sentence guys. Take note plz. Cheers.
