I come to this location once every few months. Unfortunately, today I went during a busy time. I left a $2 tip with my order. I waited almost 10 minutes for my drink, which was only served to me after I complained that people who were in the line after me got their drinks. I wish I could’ve taken back the tip I left. The girl making my drink said something like “there are several mobile orders”. I had to explain that I understand that, but it doesn’t make sense that people who were lined up after me already got their drinks and left. Being a woman of colour with my hair in an Afro today, made me reflect on how people are treated based on their appearance. Not happy with this location.

Dear Citizens of Toronto, garbage and litter from Starbucks stores is strewn all over the streets of Forest Hill Village. It is alarming. Though one would think that citizens of the area would know better than toss their garbage in the street, it is not the old time citizens who are doing this. It is the new-comers. That said, it is incumbent of a large corporation such as Starbucks to help clean up around their stores. It is just a reflection on them. Most Starbucks stores are tidy. However, the one in Forest Hill Village is a filthy mess, daily, with cups, lids, bags and more strewn around the street, parking lot and the CafeTO which is directly in front of their store. The benefit from it. YET, THIS STORE DOES NOTHING TO TIDY UP, OR CLEAN UP THE AREA!!! It is disgusting. The store manager is Meghan Tarrant. Please write her! The residents of the area are fed up!!!

Slow service very poor cash register order taker last Saturday afternoon. Disinterested no eye contact 2 items ordered one incorrect fulfilled. I paid for larger smaller ordered. Seems to be a trend at this store poor service when slammed. They also complained my kids school about kids behaviour stop letting people order water and serve your paying somewhat loyal customers

Service doesn't even deserve a 1. I waited over 10-15 minutes for them to heat up a breakfast wrap. I asked for a large coffee which they charged me for and got a medium. I even asked why it took so long to heat up my food with a response "there is a big order ahead of you"...it was literally 3 pieces of banana bread. Will never go back to this location. 6 Batista's making drinks, one person at cash. No concern for the line up that just kept on building. Very disappointed
