The store is impressive for its cleanliness, with spotless washrooms and staff frequently checking and cleaning everywhere. There is comfortable seating, and the roof, lighting, and art works on the wall are beautiful. The baristas are often friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, sometimes introducing new customizations for drinks like the Mango & Passion Tea. However, service can be inconsistent. Customers often have to wait a long time for orders, and mistakes, such as using regular milk in an almond milk latte, can occur. The location can also be packed with people from the rich neighborhood. While some baristas are described as a wonderful, positive force who make everyone feel welcome, there are considered to be better Starbucks in the city. It remains a place for delicious, expensive Starbucks coffee.
