Everything is marked up a lot.They do not partake in the Starbucks points program.The staff act as if they are too good to work there and are incredibly rude.Avoid if you can. This place sucks.

Two TALL cups of coffee was marked up an additional $5! On the app it was $13 and when we got to the cash it was $17. When I asked she did not care and said they were privately owned. It wasn’t even a good cup of coffee. THIEVES!

So this location doesn't allow you to scan for points, and they are marking up all their prices. Really Starbucks ? The place was empty, I was the only customer, no wonder when you charge an extra .75$ for a drip coffee. $3.65 for a small, ridiculous.

Really love this location! Super convenient right across from the Enercare centre, and they do a good job getting through the long lines in good time. I've found all the staff to be nice and helpful, especially Angel, who is aptly named! She was so sweet and understanding when I had a little mix up with my matcha and couldn't bring it back to exchange right away, as I was tied up at my OOAK booth. She's also just super friendly and welcoming, which is a nice way to start the day!

worst customer service I have ever experienced… matter of a fact, there wasn’t any. these people, literally all of them (2girls, 1 guy) were ALL so rude. I cannot believe this location is actually up and running. what a joke! all of these reviews that highlighted the terrible customer service, are 100% correct. yuck!

My “freshly brewed coffee” tasted burned. Staff was rude and had an attitude. Doesn’t accept AMEX, even though the Starbucks Webpage states all Starbucks accept Amex.

Such rude staff, the person taking orders had his AirPods in and missed half my order then gave me a look like it was my fault… maybe I should be more clear but it’s quite rude to have AirPods in while taking orders.

By far the worst service iv come across at a Starbucks. Staff definitely don't enjoy working there. And while I get everyone has their reasons it just makes for a poor over all experience.Today while ordering a baked treat after paying nobody proceeded to retrieve my order. After an awkward 2 mins of standing infront of the counter one of the three staff finally grabbed it....there were no guests in the shop.
