We waited for two frappuccino and an ice coffee for 20 minutes. Each drink was given individually, so when I got last frappe the first one turned into a liquid. Very slow, very bad service.
Was just there during the morning rush the night after a concert and only 2 young employees were working, one was doing the food orders and one was doing drink orders. I think orders were coming in faster than they could manage or were properly staffed to manage and regardless they were so kind and polite with multiple rude customers (honestly if you’re in a rush hit a drive through then!) we still got everything we ordered and they apologized for the wait that wasn’t...read full review
Went there on a World Cup game day, with the amount of people in the store ordering, getting your coffee and out in 5 minutes! That’s fast!
