The last few times I’ve been during the lunch hour there is only 1 person behind the counter and up to 4 people waiting before me. Today the guy was juggling 5 orders at once and had difficulty keeping track of everyone’s specific sandwich. I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and by the time I got back to my workplace I found out that I got someone else’s sandwich. They need to put more people working behind the counter during peak meal times to avoid these situations again.

This time when I ordered a chicken bowl at Subway, where I always eat chicken bowls, they gave me much less than before and when I asked why so much, their answer did not change anything. I never accept this attitude.

I had to write a review about this particular location because I thought Adam was exceptional in his service. I had just gone to the Peanut Plaza location and did not have a good experience so I just walked out.
Needing to get two subs for my kids, I went down to this location because it was close by. When I got there, Adam was serving another couple and was very polite and quite accommodating. This carried over to me and we had a short but good conversation while he made the two sandwiches. Adam also recommended several things, as if I was in an actual dine-in restaurant. He did not have to do this, but it was very much appreciated.
Yeah, it's just a fast food franchise, but Adam made it a much better place with his great customer service that I thought should be praised. Well done Adam - I will definitely recommend your location to my friends!

I ordered food through Uber Eats, and after 20 mins I messaged driver that why he is getting late then He told me there is delay food is not prepared yet. Then I am calling restaurant no one is picking the phone. Like I called them 3 times. Please let employees know the importance of call and let them know making sandwiches as fast as they can.

I haven’t had a sub in years, but am so happy I did today! Food was AMAZING! Got a deli meat sub, a steak sub and a foot long nachos. Service was quick and friendly. The guys were friendly, engaging and made good suggestions. Good size portions and well prepared. Good and fresh assortment of veggies and sauces to dress the subs. Price seemed fair for what I got! Ample free parking. Thanks! Very much enjoyed and will return.

Never order from uber eats because they don't read the toppings and sauce that we want. I ordered in night veggie delite it missing olives and some sauces all the veggies inside so hot it was never happen to me and missing my dorritos and red velvet cookie with ordered 🙃 never ordered again
