Horrible service and quality of food. This location is one of the worst. They gave me the wrong order, I’m literally allergic to tomatoes and they added tomatoes. Could have been sent to the hospital if I didn’t catch it. And they have roaches.

A subway in Toronto hot summer without Air conditioning. Crazy times we live in. 200-400k businesses. Imagine being an employee here arriving to Canada and working in the heat. This is our Canada

They do not follow your instructions on online orders. The subs are always not toasted and they put whatever sauce and toppings they want.

After almost 12 yrs of visiting this location I’m officially done. I placed an order on Sunday July 20th at 2:06 pm through the app my bread of choice was herbs & cheese toasted. The lady made my sandwich on plain bread without my consent i was like whatever, when i got home after my first bite i noticed the sandwich wasn’t toasted. I went back to the store she first lied that she did toasted my bread that she can show me the camera recording then later said I did not choose the toast option in the app which is automatic unless you choose no toast. Whoever owns this franchise you officially lost one of your long time customer. Bye

This specific location used to make great subs, but the last 6 months or so, it has gone completely downhill.
Look how they made my second last order. How are we paying $10 for this????
The final straw was my last order, which was made incorrectly (forgot the cheese and sauces), but it also had a live bug (see video).
When I contacted Subway customer support to get a refund, they just completely ignored me and kept marking the case as resolved. It's been three weeks and still no resolution. I will be charging back with my credit card company.
Will no longer give Subway any business, especially with Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mike's in town.

No one came to take my order
We have ordered from this subway a number of times since it's the closest to us, but we won't be coming here anymore. We ordered two steak and cheese subs through the app, and when we got home, there was barely any steak, and barely any toppings in the sub. Not to mention this location often doesn't list toppings on the app, but has them in-store.
Both of us also had really bad digestive problems following this meal. I've had stomach issues after eating food from this location in the past, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time both of us had stomach issues after. Safe to say it's time to go to another location.

Worst subway only one person working on a Monday an order that goes for 5.mins takes 35.minutes.
3 thin slice of ham of a footlong sandwich with minimum veggies. I ordered 4 from uber eats. I cannot believe it’s called black forest ham. Very disappointed.
