I bought 2 desserts, a foot long chocolate chip cookie and a foot long churro. The churro was stale, so I tried to return the product and get a refund, and the employee confirmed that she knows how to do a refund but is not allowed to give refunds as per management. I just don't understand how a business can take a person money and NOT provide refund due to poor quality of product and service.

Customers dine in at night and the washroom is blocked off restaurants are not supposed to do when there's a certain a mount of seating (tables) in the restaurant.

This review has been written due to Subway poor ability to provide good quality product(s) and service to customers during their operational hours.

Extremely disappointed with their sneaky practices. Every time Subway offers a BOGO deal for footlong sandwiches, this location conveniently makes footlongs "unavailable," effectively dodging the promotion. It's incredibly frustrating and feels deceitful. I even reached out to them directly, and they falsely assured me the issue would be resolved—but nothing changed. If you value transparency and fairness, I’d suggest avoiding this location. This is not the way to treat loyal customers!

I dont want to be racist but this is pure observation. Persian servers were rude but very efficient. They get the job done quickly. But since brown people started working here every time I order they always get it wrong. Food is always cold. It took them 30 mins to make it. I ordered today online and it says in the app that it’s ready but when I came to pick it up, it’s not even ready yet. Not coming back here til you get your crew decent. What’s the point of getting fast food if we still need to wait more than 30 mins

I ordered two footlong subway and asked for black olives on the side but the sandwich artist refused to provide anything on the side. Worst subway. I am not coming again over here. All subways I order give anything on the side happily.Good for u guys I eat subway each weekend. You lost a loyal customer.

I ordered a footlong without cheese. But when I got there, the lady said she put cheese on it. She took the stuff out and used the same bread, saying they couldn't use another one. That's just messed up, man. They got my order wrong twice, and the service was terrible. I'm never going back there again.
