Honestly, for a Subway, this is pretty much as good as it's gonna get. Decently generous with the toppings, and they don't give you the stink-eye if asking for a few more cucumbers or green peppers worth 4 cents.
By definition, a subway cannot be more than 4/5 stars. 4 stars it is.
(Also expect very weird customers to make it awkward)
Went there to pick up my order but realized that it wasn't ready even after 5 minutes the scheduled pick up time. Then the worker started chatting jibberish with another customer and I had to wait for another 30 minutes for my order. No apologies for the delay and he was very rude. Will never come back here again. The place is full of homeless people and it seems the employees here would rather play games than actually work at all.

I ordered with uber from this branch. Asked for spinach and Canadian cheddar in my tuna sandwich, and asked for steak & cheese both toasted . What I got was not toasted and no spinach or cheese. We called soon after and got no apologies the person answered was the person made it he lied said that he did and was rude saying yeah you can go leave a bad review so here I am.

Poonam is the best, she makes us the sandwiches at subway! She definitely deserves a raise. 🥰 She’s so nice and we always come back because of her. ☺️

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order for three footlong sandwiches and arrived before they were prepared. From the start, the employee was unwelcoming, avoided eye contact, did not greet us, and was not wearing a name tag. I politely requested customizations, including veggie patties toasted separately, extra vegetables, extra sauce, and three pickles on one sandwich. Despite repeated polite requests, he ignored instructions, handled the food aggressively, and made the sandwiches incorrectly.
The situation worsened when the employee made an offensive and inappropriate comment, asking if we were homeless. After this, he refused to hand over the sandwiches properly, ripped the receipt, and ignored our requests to speak with someone in charge, claiming he was the manager while refusing to provide further assistance. Throughout the interaction, we remained polite and even tipped him.
Overall, the service was completely unprofessional, the food was poorly prepared, and the experience was extremely upsetting. I strongly urge management to review staff behavior and provide proper training to ensure this never happens to other customers.

I was craving a veggie patty sub from Subway today, but they were completely out of stock—super frustrating for a vegetarian option that’s supposed to be a staple. The staff(not their problem btw) just shrugged it off like it was no big deal, offering a lame Veggie Delite instead, which feels like a salad in bread with zero substance. This happens way too often with Subway’s supply issues, especially in Canada where veggie patties vanish randomly despite being on the menu. Won’t be back anytime soon—1 star! 😡

grabbed a quick lunch here and was amazed by how organized the service was. Even during rush hour the staff handled orders quickly and politely. The sandwich was neatly made and packed perfectly for takeout. Fresh ingredients and friendly smiles make this place stand out from other fast-food chains.

Got the piri-piri chicken sub and the Italian BMT. Both subs were made well, the only issue was that i asked for it to be toasted and both subs weren't toasted. The piri-piri chicken was shredded and the consistency is like flaked tuna. I was expecting whole pieces of chicken so that was a surprise. Overall the subs were good.

I don't understand why you need to serve stale bread when it cost less than 20 cent.

Had a bite of one of the two cookies you get as a combo and it was so dry stale hard I showed her how bad it was and just asked for a bag of chips. She wouldn’t offer chips instead and I just ended up throwing away both cookies. I feel like customers satisfaction would’ve been more valuable than a bag a small chips tbh

Horrible service and quality of food. This location is one of the worst. They gave me the wrong order, I’m literally allergic to tomatoes and they added tomatoes. Could have been sent to the hospital if I didn’t catch it. And they have roaches.

A subway in Toronto hot summer without Air conditioning. Crazy times we live in. 200-400k businesses. Imagine being an employee here arriving to Canada and working in the heat. This is our Canada
Gets the job done

They do not follow your instructions on online orders. The subs are always not toasted and they put whatever sauce and toppings they want.
