This was my first time ordering subway in a long time, who remembers when subway used to be run properly and you'd actually get fresh subs. I ordered 2 subs through their online website, it was just a simple tuna with all the veggies and few of their sauces. They barely put any tuna, I felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich, I asked for extra hot sauce they didn't put it, I asked to toast my sandwich, it came to me cold and not toasted, I had to put it into my toaster oven myself to get it warm and toasted. Subway has honestly fallen off. Won't be ordering again. These "new" people who have come into Canada don't think about freshness or customer satisfaction.

Place order via online app Got Sent wrong order and now the employee wants me to bring in order so they can correct it, but i don’t have car which is why i ordered though online app the employee was so rude she hung up the phone saying she is busy and manager is not available and upon calling back they r not answering phone call If there were any less than one star i would give that

Ordered chicken salad and specifically mentioned that do not cut on portion size as I had some past experience at this place. They don’t even fill the salad container and try to cut on a portion for savings. Very bad way to do the business. This is 3rd incident now and had to put the review for them to improve.

I showed up at 6 AM last Saturday to order a couple of sandwiches this being a 24 hour location and all, and the guy just didn't want to make the sandwich. What's the point of having a 24 hour location if you can't staff it with people actually willing to do the job? You might as well just close for the night. Horrible staff, horrible service.
