The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Even though it was close to closing time they prepared my order with a smile. My sandwich was fresh, the veggies crisp and the bread perfectly toasted. It’s always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

Entered the store last Tuesday and the employee was counting what seemed like an endless number of coins. At no point did he acknowledge out presence (we were the only people in the restaurant). Finally, after waiting patiently, he decided to begin to serve us. Only problem, the nasty dude did not wash his hands. He slipped his nasty hands into used plastic gloves. We did not order, instead we walked out. I would not eat at this location. Personal hygiene and cleanliness does not appear to be of any importance at this location. Nasty, nasty, nasty.

There is only one person working in this location. It takes forever to prepare your order. It took them 40 minutes to prepare a sub!

I went to get sandwich yesterday around closing girl who was working, made really bad sandwich even she had really bad attitude making faces in front of customers which is really disappointing. Never gonna back to this place.

I used to come here a lot but they barely put any meat on the sandwiches. It's literally half the amount as usual. So I started going to fire house subs. Way better!

I placed an online order for pickup today and ordered 3 Subs from this location. There were several issues with this order:
1. None of the Subs had cheddar-cheese, despite us specifically mentioning it in the order.
2. Salt, pepper, and grated parmesan were not added to any of the sub, even though we requested them.
3. The amount of sauces in each Sub was almost negligible—about 15% of what it should have been. Additionally, they didn’t add all the sauces we requested. They only included one or at most two sauces, and the amount was so small that we couldn’t even taste it. It felt like eating a Sub without any sauce at all.
We only discovered these issues when we got home and started eating. There’s no point in going back to the location since I’d have to drive a long way.

I recently ordered a sub named tandoori mozza which is supposed to be vegetarian but I had a whole chicken in it in fact I ordered 2 subs and both of them had it. I was shocked! As I don’t consume meat this was such an horrible experience for me. Had to throw both the sandwiches such a waste.
Employee was on a FaceTime call when I arrived and continued on the call, talking to the other person through an ear piece during my entire order. I was very unsatisfied and had to repeat almost everything because she wasn’t paying attention to me. Very unprofessional.

This evening, three footlong subs were ordered for takeout. Each one was mixed up, and not one was what was ordered, according to what toppings, for each sub. One being a Turkey Rancher with a 2 inch sliver of bacon on it. For $15.19 for this sub you expect a normal size piece of bacon or two...not a pathetic two inch sliver of it. The bread type for all three subs wasn't available. Seriously!? The worker looked like he just woke up. Messy hair, and didn't come across as being very hygienic from his appearance. The three of us have never had such a horrible Subway sandwich experience. Barely any toppings. It's inexcusable! Period! Especially when you're spending $42 and change on it. Moving forward, I will be boycotting this location and will be telling all family/friends and anyone else who is willing to listen. Customers Service is key, and unfortunately this location has lost focused on it...from not only my experience, but from other reviewers. I'd recommend to save your time, sanity and money and visit another Subway location that is actually customer service based; for whom would be more than happy to take the time to listen to what their customers want, and for the hard earned money that is being spent for such service.
