Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Practically had to beg for toppings. Got 3 black olive slices and 2 banana peppers. The “footlong nachos” were a joke and they skimped on everything. The staff member seemed completely confused and couldn’t follow basic instructions. If you want Subway, skip this location and go to Gerrard Square instead.

I ordered off the app last night I didn't receive my order (and it was $50) I've been trying to get help from subway and doordash cuz they use their drivers I think but no help, no refund...no 1 is trying to make it right....and this is not the 1st time I've had issues I'm gonna stop going to subway

We literally found fruit flies in our fountain drink and when we showed the man working there he didn’t apologize. Then when we asked if we could just take a bottle drink, he wanted to charge us and then we stated, again, that there were literal bugs in our drink and we didn’t want to pay the extra $1 for the bottle drink, he said “ok next time!”. Literally insanely horrible service…

Every time I order online here they never make it when they get the order, they will serve 25 people in the line up while they just leave the receipt to the side and keep taking in person orders. Getting my sun 20-30 minutes after the time the app says it should be ready is not acceptable. They need to do better if they are going to take online orders

The Girl was really rude she didn’t even greet us forget smiling, the restaurant was on full heat when it is not even cold outside. Such kind of a customer service is not acceptable we went there on 14 April 2024 at 6:30 pm

Was served a pizza sub that was not freshly made. I didn’t realize it until I got home and noticed that I was not asked what kind of bread I wanted for the sub- because it was made earlier for resold to me. Will never patron this store ever again.

Girl working here is rude. She doesnt know how to make sandwich.
The young Indian lady told me the store was closed at approximately 7:30pm. I walked by half an hour later and saw her serving some other customers.On a separate day, the same lady told me she was out of bread and would require approximately 15 minutes to bake new ones. She turned away a customer before me as well.The older gentleman making the subs is slow. It took 15 minutes for me to get my sub with only 2 people in front of me.

The guy who made my sandwich is simply the best. His ability to make a submarine sandwich and make you smile while he is doing it made it an enjoyable experience. Delicious fun. He is at a great location next to the Crows Theatre at Carlaw and Dundas.

I usually come here for my lunch as i work across the street. The old man who is usually here during lunch time is amazing however mostly the girl who works here i think her name is mani and she is also here during lunch. I usually ignore this but this has happened quite a few times now. She is very rude. Doesn’t change her gloves when touching my veg sandwich today she touch her hair while my bread was in the toaster and started making the sandwich. The sandwich was so bad and assembled roughly. I couldn’t even eat it. Everything was out of the bread. She is very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t even greet guests. I hate coming here when she is working but sometimes i have no choice but today was the worst service. Her hair was all over the kitchen and music playing loud on her phone. She should tie her hair and i think she needs more training how to assemble sandwiches. This is not great customer service and not acceptable when it comes to food.
