hours are not right. went by at 7pm and doors were locked. not the first time this has happened. just go to the one at gerrard square instead.

This Subway truly impressed me. The staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in and were very patient while I customized my sandwich. I agree the staff skimps on toppings here but also skimps on the sauce. When I asked for the normal amount of sauce I get at other locations she said it would cost extra! They also use the smallest tomatoes I've ever seen at a Subway.

It's been mentioned before, but guys: Subway is already on thin ice for me as a whole. Skimping on toppings that cost you almost nothing is a great way to make me never come back. Just had my last sandwich ever there thanks to paltry veggies and a threat to upcharge for an extra slice of tomato. Penny pinching gets you nowhere.

Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. Practically had to beg for toppings. Got 3 black olive slices and 2 banana peppers. The “footlong nachos” were a joke and they skimped on everything. The staff member seemed completely confused and couldn’t follow basic instructions. If you want Subway, skip this location and go to Gerrard Square instead.
