Had an amazing experience today.I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong and it was made perfectly. The staff paid attention to details like spreading the sauces evenly and adding just the right amount of toppings. The place was clean, tables wiped and music playing softly in the background. Really pleasant dining experience.

I wouldn’t be able to tell you what the food is like at this location. I stood there for 5 minutes while the person was helping another customer, just for him to tell me that they only have a 6 inch bread left. So I said that’s fine, that’s what I want. And he told me that it was already “reserved” by the person that came there after me, which was an employee from the nearby Tim Hortons. I highly suspect that he skipped me to give that to his friend. Terrible customer service! I don’t normally go to Subway for various reasons, but this is just another experience to make me continue to avoid this franchise.

They always have rotting tomatoes and not fresh tomatoes, I've been here 5 times because it's local and I always skip the tomatoes because they look old and rotting , other subways I have been todo not have this same constant problem with the tomatoes

One of the best subway restaurants in Ontario. No one made me a good sub in a while, finally gave up on it. Today went to this location at North York General Hospital, Winnie made me a sandwich which was delicious, fresh and the right amount of the vegetables lol not extra onions and less papers:) I taught she deserves a review here!! Definitely going back 😌

Easily one of the best subways ive ever been to. And ive been to a lot! Check my history lmfaoLiterally every single person who worked there over the week i ate there daily was so wonderful! Im talking fuller scoops, nice conversation, open attitude! I mean look at how full they would get their rice bowls! I tried eating at another hospital food place one other time and regretted it so much. This ones a winner

Most worthless subway I've ever been to and having worked at a subway for 3 years I can say the service was unacceptable and the people making the sandwiches have no pride in what they serve. I asked for a steak sub and said not toasted, he asked if I wanted it warmed up, normally the steak should be cooked regardless, I told him when I go to other subways they cook the meat when the sub is not toasted, he looked at me like I was asking for something out of the ordinary, honestly this person would not eat the steak raw but though it was acceptable to serve it raw and looked at me like my request to cook the meat separately was not acceptable, I asked for the meat to be cooked and he did not respond so I had to ask for the sub to be toasted. The next person didn't know how to put toppings on and was skimping on everything, she didn't know how to wrap the sub ither. What a mess! I didn't ask for a side of attitude with my sub.

Twice now I have gone at 6:00-6:30 to get dinner and both times they are already closed or closing. Fix your hours or stop closing early.

Employees pack up huge bags of food for themselves and close early every day. They are very rude.
They are supposed to be open until 8 pm. It is currently 6:12 pm. They are closed. They usually close before 4 pm.

Terrible place to eat. They always close way earlier than advertised so I haven't had a chance to get anything until today. They were out of every bread but multigrain. They were out of meatballs. I got the last bread because the guy behind me was turned away after waiting 10 minutes for the slow employee to acknowledged him. The lettuce was dark yellow and dried out. 10/10 avoid.
