Went in for a slice at lunch and the variety of pizza was underwhelming. Got there at noon so i was able to sneak in before the lunch rush. Got the mushroom and parm slice, it was pretty delicious, just not what i wanted.
I went to grab lunch since it’s super close to work, and honestly, the food was incredible — I instantly fell in love. The flavors, the freshness, the whole experience… it truly exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this has become one of my favorite spots
I just went to order two iced coffees. After waiting more than ten minutes, I went to check on the order—only to find the two ladies working at the bar were chatting with each other. I waited at the counter and was handed two iced lattes. I had to repeat my order three times before one of them realized there wasn’t supposed to be any milk. They didn’t even apologize and continued their conversation. I waited again, and when my order still wasn’t ready, I had to interrupt their chat to ask whether I’d been charged for iced coffee or iced latte. She told me the price was the same for both. I was surprised—they can’t possibly cost the same. The service was very poor and their attitude was rude and arrogant. I’m a regular customer, and I would like a better service.
Ravioli was to die for....pizza was super tasty, but the Terroni Spritz wasn't great. The vibe was pretty cool, and the server was happy to make excellent suggestions, and of course, the company was fabulous 😆
Great patio and the coffee was great
I don't understand how the Terroni group remains at all popular. I was invited by friends to Sud Forno (which my past experiences there were haunting me not to go) and couldn't believe the prices, the lack of service and the audacity of suggesting an 18% tip when a) they wouldn't deliver the coffee and croissants to the table b) don't collect dirty plates and cups and c) remind you that you have to leave your table before 11:30. These ignoramuses are well known for their arrogance with not slicing pizza, not serving Parmesan cheese on seafood and no balsamic on a Caprese salad - even when requested by the CUSTOMER! My friends and I (who are Italian and go to Italy at least once per year) have since boycotted their places and believe that these clowns have never been to Italy. Customer service is an unknown, unrecognized element at their restaurants. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!

They don't serve diet products but serve sugar and alcohol. As a diabetic I can't come back.

Like the European vibe and ambiance.
The food is good but some meals were burnt or overpriced so giving 4 . I used to go more often here before the pandemic so giving 4 as I remember this place as a super stop for lunch or dinner during a work week.

Sat down for 30 mins and no one came to take our order or even pour us water. Think the waiters name was Vini. Awful guy. We watched the tables next to us get served before us and they acted like we weren’t even there.

Lots of private seating , hit or miss as far as food goes. My salmon was cooked well. Would not recommend the Ravioli or butterscotch pudding

Food was okay (two people had undercooked pasta, everything needed salt), atmosphere was too loud to speak comfortably for a while but eventually nice, and everything would have been fine if our server wasn't mia for an hour after we finished our food. And stood right behind me as I put in my tip.

I went with my co workers and the ambience was amazing. Ordered spinach ravioli, which was undercooked, had very little sauce, although the sauce was the best. My co workers ordered pizza, they loved the pizza. The ravioli wasnt satisfactory thougg.
