The first server that was given to me on the upper floor was incredible rude. Thank god the manager came and helped us. The first servers tone, body language and mannerisms were absolutely horrible. The manager was very calm and nice and provided us a good service.
Great place with amazing service, especially. Service is top tier even beyond the food itself but the food is still great!
Second time there and it was awesome again. Excellent food and wine. Their canolis are AMAZING! Our waitress, Flor, took care of us as if we were guests at her house! 10/10
Everyone except one person enjoyed their food and the ambience. Would definitely visit again.
Went in for a slice at lunch and the variety of pizza was underwhelming. Got there at noon so i was able to sneak in before the lunch rush. Got the mushroom and parm slice, it was pretty delicious, just not what i wanted.
I went to grab lunch since it’s super close to work, and honestly, the food was incredible — I instantly fell in love. The flavors, the freshness, the whole experience… it truly exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, this has become one of my favorite spots
I just went to order two iced coffees. After waiting more than ten minutes, I went to check on the order—only to find the two ladies working at the bar were chatting with each other. I waited at the counter and was handed two iced lattes. I had to repeat my order three times before one of them realized there wasn’t supposed to be any milk. They didn’t even apologize and continued their conversation. I waited again, and when my order still wasn’t ready, I had to interrupt their chat to ask whether I’d been charged for iced coffee or iced latte. She told me the price was the same for both. I was surprised—they can’t possibly cost the same. The service was very poor and their attitude was rude and arrogant. I’m a regular customer, and I would like a better service.
Ravioli was to die for....pizza was super tasty, but the Terroni Spritz wasn't great. The vibe was pretty cool, and the server was happy to make excellent suggestions, and of course, the company was fabulous 😆
Great patio and the coffee was great
Service was very slow. Asked for our bill three times, only saw our original server once then it was always someone different. Food was very good.

Overall, not a great experiment.. the host sat people right beside us when the restaurant was empty and told us it was because there people coming in who had reservations to our surprise because we also had reservations and didn't enjoy being crowded We asked for cappuccinos and other drinks with our dessert. It came 20 minutes after our dessert was served. Food was OK overpriced unfortunately not the greatest experience overall.
Meal was delicious but servers were overwhelmed ( possibly short staffed or inexperienced or both).
It was a wonderful experience, amazing food and service, except when the group of men came for after work drinks - they were extremely loud and boisterous and took over the whole area.
The beef ravioli was to die for - excellent wine selection - attentive service Full of noisy jerks in suits by 5:30 on a work day
Overall good but server wandered twice around dining hall before finally bringing our entrees
