Varietals: 100% Frappato An excellent example of this native Sicilian varietal, Belsito has all the spice, red licorice, incense and wild berry character of a true Frappato. Medium bodied with finely integrated tannins. Drink it slightly chilled to highlight all of its refreshing qualities. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
2018 Nocera DOC, Planeta, Sicilia_750 ml (12.5%25 ABV)
Varietals: 100% Nocera Deep and intense ruby red with aromas of white pepper, geranium, myrtle and ripe Noto figs. On the palate it is soft and persuasive. Ageing: Fermenting in stainless steel vats on the skins for 7 days. Racking with soft pressing by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
2019 'Bagolari' Teroldego Rotaliano DOC, Marco Donati, Trentino - Alto Adige_750 ml (13%25 ABV)
Varietals: 100% Teroldego Ruby red with beautiful notes of violets and wild berries. Dry and sapid with almond on the palate, nice grip and full texture from the prince of Trentino wines. Ageing: Traditional maceration of the skins, temperature-controlled fermentation with pressings in stainless steel tanks and developed in oak barrels.
2020 'Filari Corti' Nebbiolo Langhe DOC, Brandini, Piemonte_750ml (14.5%25 ABV)
Varietals: 100% Nebbiolo (Organic) Typical garnet Nebbiolo colour. The nose has great depth with notes of rose, oregano and mushroom. On the palate, the body is firm with bright acidity, fine-grained tannins, and complexity. Ageing: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Followed by the ageing for 12 months in big barrels before bottling.

It was the first that I had an average experience My pizza was cold and the dough was stale I ask my serve to warm it up and cut it and she said she no we can't do this Over the past 5 or 6 and my many meals at your restaurant I don't think I've ever had such a bad experience

Our hostess was extremely pleasant and professional. She let us know quickly that the wine we wanted to order was indeed the correct vintage. Even though the restaurant was very busy, our hostess never made us feel that we weren't a priority or that she was distracted. All of the food was excellent, the wine superb and the service exemplary from the sommelier to the various servers and table clearers

Really delicious food. The tuna salad was fresh and wonderful. The bread was to die for! No hurry in eating even though they were very busy. Great waitress who did not hurry us along. Lovely ladies all around.
