Ordered from here a couple times and every time it's been amazing! Definitely my favorite breakfast potatoes in the city. I high recommend this place

Overall, we had a good breakfast experience and would come back.

My husband ordered the steak and eggs, and the steak was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The eggs were also well prepared. He also had the mango smoothie, which was absolutely delicious.

I ordered the new French Benedict, served on brioche with ham and cheese, along with home fries. The Benedict had potential, but the poached eggs were initially fully cooked instead of runny, which isn’t the traditional preparation. I mentioned it to our waitress, and she brought me two freshly poached runny eggs with hollandaise sauce. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly she handled the situation.

I love brioche, and the bread itself was incredibly soft and fresh. However, I don’t think it’s the best choice for a Benedict. The slight sweetness of the brioche didn’t pair well with the rich hollandaise sauce and poached eggs. It’s an interesting idea, but I personally wouldn’t order that dish again.

The home fries were the weakest part of the meal. They were quite hard and lacked seasoning and flavor. My latte tasted good, but I was surprised by how small it was.

The service from the two waitresses was excellent—they were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The only downside was the staff member bringing plates from the kitchen, who came across as unfriendly and not very welcoming.

The restaurant also has a very nice patio, which would be a great place to enjoy breakfast on a nice day.

Overall, despite a few issues, we enjoyed our visit. The excellent service and my husband’s delicious meal left a positive impression, and we’d definitely come back—I’d just try a different dish next time.

I routinely order breakfast from here and normally the food is good. Today, my order was poorly prepared. I ordered the salmon and eggs. While they got my egg order correct (I ordered scrambled whites), they absolutely killed the salmon. According to the menu, it's smoked salmon, which you DO NOT COOK!!! Who cooks smoke salmon? It ruined the fish! Smoked salmon is already properly prepared and edible. Cooking it made the fish extra salty and destroyed the texture. I also got the wrong toast. I had ordered whole wheat and got generic gross white bread. This is not the first screw up I've had from them, and it seems from reviews, order screw-ups are common.

Came here with a friend for brunch and was pleasant surprised with the food! My friend got the Big Skillet platter and I got the Benjamin Eggs Benny - we both really enjoyed our dishes. It was flavourful and portions were reasonable!

Our server was also very friendly and service was pretty quick. The atmosphere is simple and humble, and has an old school vibe.

Will be back to try other items soon!

They added bacon to my order despite me specifying otherwise, being a strict vegetarian. The violation of dietary restrictions is a major and unacceptable food and ethical violation. This is the second time this has occurred. It's a shame as I used to order from here regularly. They have lost this customer and I will never order from here again. I’d also recommend others, especially vegetarians, to take your business to another establishment that respects you and your dietary choices. ❌🚩

Very good coffee and breakfast. Nobody makes bacon better. Eggs Benedict super delicious. Friendly staff. The place could use an upgrade but don’t let that stop you from going there. It’s a fantastic breakfast.
