First of all, nice little grocery section - very convenient. Also, I loved the avocado sub. My one critique would be the packaging. It would be super nice if the sandwiches were presented in paper rather than the box so that they could be easily transported and eaten on the go, as is the nature of the sandwich. Otherwise. I loved the creamy and perfect avocado kept in its original shape, with the crunchy iceberg and zesty chutney. Plus the gluten-free bread is indiscernible if not better than the gluten-full counterpart.

I stumbled upon this place by chance and I thrilled to have found it! For a celiac like me this is a true gem with a few other places in Toronto that are totally gluten free. Their menu is very extensive and it is also very well priced. Another plus for Toronto. Their sandwiches are delicious. I wish they offered more space to eat inside that was a little less in the way and noisy but given the kind of place it is it is totally within the character. I will also try take away for sure!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem last week and am back a second time enjoying the Works Wrap - so delicious. It is very difficult to find tasty and healthy gf restaurants in Toronto. I am very impressed that the entire menu is gf and there are many choices. Even my husband who doesn’t have an allergy was shocked by how tasty the gf bread was in his sandwich. Both wraps I had were healthy and filling. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and everything is made in house. Thank you ☺️

Twice ordered food with vegan cheese and got sick, I'm pretty sure it was actually goats cheese?? But lately the quality has gone down and the high prices make it less and less desirable, which is u fortunate because I love having an allergy safe place to eat locally.
