I love this little local spot! It's my go-to on UberEats because nothing else compares quality wise. No seed oils and a lot of the ingredients are locally sourced. My favourite is the roast chicken sandwich. Ask for extra pickles on this side - trust me!! Other stand outs are the tuna sandwich, breakfast bowl and the chocolate chip banana muffins.

I love the smoothies here but.. ive been coming here on and off for years and im a bit confused as to how there has only been 2 employees working a day all these years? Its always very busy and takes a really long time for take out. I just think it would have been beneficial at this point to hire a 3rd of even a 4th person

I’ve been really keen on avoiding overly processed & refined foods.. so I thought I’d give this place a shot..I had such a positive experience here.. I’m super picky about my food & found that this custom bowl combo was perfect for me..I got:- brown rice / mixed greens combo- sun dried tomato- feta cheese- avocado- sweet potatoes- organic tofu- olive oil & lemon dressingI paid like $20 and some change, which 5 years ago would have been appalling.. but food prices are getting higher.. can’t be mad for a small business trying to make some profit ??♀️If I still lived in the area, this would be my go to spot. Highly recommend :)

I ordered two days in a row.First time the sandwhichs were great so i ordered the next day the fallefel bowl. Absolutely disgusting. Fallafels tasted old the lettuce was not fresh. Chopped like a 5 year old big clumpy pieces on a big bed of rice And to top it off tasteless.I liked the concept.of the allergen free concepts that they offer.. and the sandwhixhs were good.But my oh my the fallafel bowl was.. cringeworthy. Didnt even eat it and threw it away in the garbage.
