We ordered takeout recently. While the food was generally okay, there were a few things that stood out. The wasabi unfortunately seemed rotten, which was disappointing. The miso soup tasted quite similar to instant soup, and the pricing felt high for the quality received.
Been meaning to try this neighbourhood spot and am more than happy to pay a bit of a premium to support local. They even had fresh hotteok (korean brown sugar pancake) which pairs so well with the cold weather.
I can't say enough about this little sushi place! Sushi and sashimi are always so fresh and well made. The owners care so much about their craft and their customers. I regularly buy their party trays and it's fantastic. Don't come looking for cheap food - it's for tasty food!
