I don’t know what the other comments are talking about. This location has the nicest baristas. I come in everyday for a coffee and have been treated with nothing but great service and kindness.

My drinks always taste different every time I go to this Second Cup. Sometimes they’re really good, and other times the same drink tastes completely different. The service is usually fine, but I wish there was more consistency with the drinks.

Second Cup Café is conveniently located, but ongoing construction outside can be a hindrance. Despite some service inconsistencies, a standout employee provides excellent customer care. The menu is standard, with some attractive food options like heated muffins. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, including a pet-friendly area. The atmosphere inside could use some maintenance, but the staff, particularly Lina, Susana, and Mariana, make up for it with their friendly and helpful service. A dedicated employee worked diligently even when understaffed, ensuring customers were served well. Overall, a pleasant experience with delicious treats and a cozy patio to enjoy a latte.
