I just wanna say Jessica Pordel is AMAZING! Her energy and vibes are immaculate and she is genuinely such a sweet soul. Her playlist is always fire and I try to take her classes as much as I can. She makes everyone feel welcome.
Great facility great classes
Dustin used a workout to beat my ass like I owed him money... and I loved it. On Tuesdays at 7:40pm -8:30pm my body belongs to Dustin. Argue with your mom.🤣❤️🙏🏾
Absolutely everything !
Amazing class with Natalie!! Just WOW
I’ve been a member since late 2023 and I asked them recently to allow me to have a 3 week pause as I have a knee injury and I’m going on vacation for 2 weeks. They have refused my request and stated some policy as if it is a government issued policy that no one can change. This is the second time I have asked them for a pause since I became member in 2023 and they couldn’t accommodate me so I asked to cancel my membership. It’s been 4 days since I made that request and they stopped responding to my emails asking for a confirmation on the cancellation. It’s ridiculous! I never thought that they would be so rude to their loyal members but it’s obvious that they don’t care! I agree with the other comments, the facilities are mediocre but the instructors are stars and they run the show!
Instructor was nice and the studio is great.
Had an amazing first experience at Sweat and Tonic! Kiara was exceptional in guiding me through everything. Can’t wait to go back!
they are the best!
the front desk kindly approved my rescheduling class cause i had a back pain.
thanks sooooo soooo much 💕
The customer service team via email has been amazing, fast, efficient, and super helpful. It was such a relief to have my issue resolved so smoothly.
Most of the instructors are fantastic! They’re talented, friendly, and genuinely passionate. Also
staffs are really helpful and make me feel welcome each time I’m there.
Restaurantji Recommends
The water in the swimming pool really needs to be filtered better or the pool should be cleaned much more frequently. The bathrooms in the women changing room are also not clean. Other than that all good.
Viola & Rachel 🥰🥰🥰
Sweat & Tonic is my go-to sanctuary in the heart of downtown Toronto for hot yoga, and one of S&T's amazing teacher's is Rachel Fallon. Rachel is an incredibly gifted teacher who brings such a calm and inspiring energy to every class. Her expertise is undeniable—she’s a highly experienced yogi who studied her practice in India, and it truly shows in her thoughtful flows and adjustments. Every session leaves me feeling grounded, challenged, and more connected to myself. If you’re looking to elevate your yoga practice or just connect with yourself and flow, I can’t recommend her classes enough.
I love this studio! Awesome teachers. I attend both yoga and spin class. I'm a regular at Jacqui's classes but starting to discover the other teachers and loving them as well. They have made me practice more often and be more consistent. The facilities are top notch. It's so comfortable to come in before my work shift, attend a class, and get fixed up and ready! Happy to have an unlimited membership. Well worth it!
Great classes but better customer service at the Tonic Bar is needed. A "hi" or "what can I get for you" would have been appreciated as opposed to being stared at for 15 seconds LOL. It's a good thing they don't ask for a tip because that kind of behavior is ridiculous (and this is coming from a server).
