I recently came back to Rory's Wednesday Pilates class after being away for about a year, and honestly it is even better than I remembered. I've tried other Pilates classes and honestly none of them came close to her style, her energy, or the way she runs the session. her classes are challenging in the best way and always leave me feeling stronger and more confident.
Really cool spot & fun/challenging classes. Just went via ClassPass but definitely thinking about signing up.
I was in the spinning class yesterday and the instructor proceeded to yell at me (extremely loudly) during the class: “YOUR PHONE CAN WAIT” while I was checking something briefly in class. I cancelled my membership. This bullying behaviour is disturbing and unacceptable.
Dustin is an incredible instructor and really helps push you to your personal limit. He has a great philosophy on life and training and maintains the same positive energy however large or small the group. Extremely grateful for his classes…thank you Dustin!
I always walk out of spinning class here with a huge smile on my face. Javier and Morgan’s classes are so much fun!!
Ma is an amazing instructor. The studio is very clean. Front desk staff needs to smile more while greeting their riders. Overall, good studio.
Update: received a refund without prompt thank you S+T
I really like the instructors at this gym and I am grateful for the access so thank you S+T
So a late cancellation = fee and + no show = fee? Double charged?
Such a fun place to workout! I have been going here on & off for the last few years and it is still my favourite place to workout downtown!
Love the spin classes ..all of the instructors are motivated and inspiring.
i regularly attend the yonge/shuter location. love the energy of the instructors, variety of classes & cleanliness of amenities. fav classes are spin w erika, her playlists are the best.
must try is the matcha strawberry protein pudding as a pre workout snack. they also have a huge selection of smoothies to fuel yourself after your workout.
i recommend s&t to all my friends/family!

Sweat and tonic is amazing! My girlfriend brought me in for her complimentary pass with her monthly membership. And wow, the vibes were there, aesthetics, the washrooms are so clean, plus got dysons as well. Amazing
I LOVE SWEAT AND TONIC AND ITS BECAUSE OF QUINN. She is my absolute favourite instructor. She has the best energy and makes spin so much fun and keeps me always coming back. Everyone needs to try her class. I promise it’s amazing.
I really loved Sweat and Tonic fitness classes specially Viola’s class. She is so warm and positive and all her classes are different from each other. I have not experienced same repetitive movement in any of her classes. All her classes are almost full and it’s always a great energy around .
It’s been a month since I joined S&T and I loved it a lot.
Loved the hot Pilates class! Such a great workout.
Have been a member of S&T since I moved to Toronto 4 years ago - and it was the best choice I’ve ever made. Now I’m over 600 classes deep, and am so grateful for the incredible space & people.
Any of Blair C.’s HIIT classes are my favourites - best programming & environment!
