The customer service team via email has been amazing, fast, efficient, and super helpful. It was such a relief to have my issue resolved so smoothly.

Most of the instructors are fantastic! They’re talented, friendly, and genuinely passionate. Also
staffs are really helpful and make me feel welcome each time I’m there.

The water in the swimming pool really needs to be filtered better or the pool should be cleaned much more frequently. The bathrooms in the women changing room are also not clean. Other than that all good.

Sweat & Tonic is my go-to sanctuary in the heart of downtown Toronto for hot yoga, and one of S&T's amazing teacher's is Rachel Fallon. Rachel is an incredibly gifted teacher who brings such a calm and inspiring energy to every class. Her expertise is undeniable—she’s a highly experienced yogi who studied her practice in India, and it truly shows in her thoughtful flows and adjustments. Every session leaves me feeling grounded, challenged, and more connected to myself. If you’re looking to elevate your yoga practice or just connect with yourself and flow, I can’t recommend her classes enough.

I love this studio! Awesome teachers. I attend both yoga and spin class. I'm a regular at Jacqui's classes but starting to discover the other teachers and loving them as well. They have made me practice more often and be more consistent. The facilities are top notch. It's so comfortable to come in before my work shift, attend a class, and get fixed up and ready! Happy to have an unlimited membership. Well worth it!

Great classes but better customer service at the Tonic Bar is needed. A "hi" or "what can I get for you" would have been appreciated as opposed to being stared at for 15 seconds LOL. It's a good thing they don't ask for a tip because that kind of behavior is ridiculous (and this is coming from a server).

Dustin’s Box HIIT is killer in the best way! Some of the most amazing instructors at S&T.

Also the recovery smoothie & Ube cookie are out of this freaking world!!

Catherine was an amazing instructor who made my first HIIT class so welcoming. She provided great motivation, clear instructions, and created a positive and encouraging environment. I also loved the thoughtful details, like the cold towel after the class and the fully loaded bathrooms for freshening up afterward. The experience was well-organized, I definitely recommend!

Very nice, clean and attractive facility on the surface, but unfortunately, the customer service is lacking tremendously. I have ClassPass, and I attend many workout classes across downtown Toronto, so I am familiar with late policies. I understand it is disruptive for individuals to walk in late and can cause injuries due to missing the warm-up/instructions at the beginning, etc. What I don't understand is why there is no problem-solving when these instances occur and why the staff is so dismissive and seemingly incapable of dealing with issues, given the high price point of these classes.

I checked in for a class at 6:05 that started at 6:20. The class was called Chroma Hot HIIT Pilates. I don't do classes here often, and no one specified to me what studio this class was taking place in, as there seem to be 3 at this location. There is a Yoga, HIIT, and Ride studio - I assumed my class was taking place in the HIIT studio because it was in the name. I waited outside until 6:20 and when I saw the door wasn't opening I asked one of the staff if I was in the wrong place, and it took her about a minute to tell me I was supposed to be in the yoga studio. By this point, the doors were closed, and she informed me that if I wanted to go in to my class I would have to go to the front desk. At this point, it was about 6:23, and I explained my situation to the front desk. The response was a blank stare and reiteration that I couldn't go in because the doors were closed. The whole front desk team saw me check in 15 minutes early, and no one seemed apologetic or cared to try and rectify this situation. Maybe offer to put me in a later class? ... I was told to contact ClassPass and that was the extent of your front desk customer service. Seemed like I was interrupting their social hour.

All of this to say, I was very disappointed with my experience there especially given the price point of these classes. Consider investing more time in training your staff and improving your workout class quality rather than spending it trying to turn the place into a culty social club.

An amazing place with exceptional classes, clean, well-equipped, and safe spaces. The atmosphere is simply wonderful.

Rebecca was amazing, very energetic, and clear with her instructions, I enjoyed it very much!

The customer service wasn't what I expected. Even when this has not been my first time, the time before I visited the place, I was a guest by a Friend who could only showed me the room and few things. This time, as I booked my class through classpass, I was hoping that I could get a full tour explaining all the facilities and access areas. I didn't get that, even when the girl who took care of me was talking in Spanish I and could feel familiar with.
Besides that, everything was good.

Rapid decline in quality of instruction and workouts, I joined sweat and tonic 6 months back and since then they have changed most of the good instructors and the new ones have absolutely no teaching skills. Quality of workout is very mild, but I think it's due to the kind of crowd this studio is attracting, only 20% of the people in the class are actually seriosly working out. Sad to see such a great place once, rapidly declining now

Val was such a great instructor! She made the flow totally accessible and inviting as this was the first time I went to her her Candlelit Flow & Restore in particular. She offered clear instructions and multiple variations to certain moves which i found helpful. And the restore portion was just as calming as I expected. I would definitely definitely do the class again!
