We order a red velvet cake online and it was absolutely delicious. Wasn’t overly sweet and the texture was best. Will definitely try other flavours as well!

We’ve always enjoyed visiting this store, especially since it’s conveniently located near our son’s school. It became a daily stop after school, and we appreciated the friendly service we usually received from one young lady in particular. Unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing.
Despite clearly ordering a chocolate ice cream scoop, we were given vanilla. When we politely addressed the issue, the staff member working that day, Leila, responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. She even accused us of making a mess on the floor, which was untrue, as we had only been in the store for less than five minutes and left everything tidy. Additionally, there was no greeting or warmth in her interaction.
This experience was unexpected, as we’ve generally enjoyed the store, its baked goods, and especially the iced lattes. While we still value the products, we hope to avoid similar interactions in the future.
