Came here for the infamous snail noodles. Rice noodles had a good bite. Broth was good with flavors of pickled bamboo. Accompanying watercress was fresh although very fibrous. The dish seemed like it was topped with snails. For the price, I wished it came with fungus and peanuts. But overall, satisfying, flavorful bowl of soupy noodles.
Ordered the snail noodles and the guilin noodles. Would not recommend the guilin one as it was bland and had virtually no flavour. But the snail one was really good. Maybe don't order it if you can't handle spicy food.
This is now my favorite meal on Spadina. I've been trying all the new places that have popped up post lockdown, but I've stopped exploring because I keep craving this dish with maximum spiciness.The service is excellent as well. Highly recommend going here if you haven't!
