I loved the bubble tea but at one point me and my friend were regulars and she decided to upgrade the price so we decided to leave + it's a lot of money for 10 bubble tea just to get one medium

Incredibly disappointing and hostile service. I went with a friend and ask for a mango slush. The lady at the counter tells me to get a tarot and I kindly laughed it off and say no thanks I’ll get a mango. Shes now going off and it’s quite hard to understand what she’s saying then puts out the machine to pay. I want to confirm with her that it’s mango and she can’t tell me. She brings my friend the drink he ordered, no questions asked. She then brings me a tarot drink… LOL. I explained to her this is not what I ordered, she looks at me like I’m crazy then begrudgingly makes me the mango drink. The gaslighting was real and unwarranted. The disappointing part is that I am a close neighbour and a big fan of bubble tea but after that experience, I have never gone back nor will I ever feel comfortable to step foot in that place again.

Great milk tea! The service was fast, the staff was very friendly! Some of the best tapioca I’ve ever had!! Definitely recommend

Tried the brown sugar milk tea — honestly, a disaster. She made it all wrong, just stirred the tea and milk, then added the tapioca and syrup. That’s not how it’s supposed to be! And the menu said $4.49, but I got charged $6. So disappointing.

Here's the deal: They sell real durian smoothies. Yes actual durian, the fruit that is memed for its stench. I have a genetic ability to tolerate (yup, it's like the cilantro thing) so I love it but I cleared out the cafe when I began drinking it. For that it gets a 5 stars. No other reason.

Such a hidden gem! This place uses real fruit! Their mango smoothies are so good and their tapioca is made really well too. And on top of all of those things - prices are AFFORDABLE. This is how much bubble tea should cost. Well done - I will be a returning customer.

I got seriously sick from their mango slush last weekend. My daughter had taro milk tea and her drink was fine.
Really cute shop & nice staff! 3.5/5 though… Only concern is the coconut sherbet is extremely sweet, to the point that I can’t drink it until I get home to water it down with some ice. Flavour is great but there’s something in it that’s just too sweet (maybe tapioca or a flavoured syrup) My fiancé got a watermelon slush that was amazing & I literally saw the staff cut up fresh watermelon just for it!

Today we got 2 mango smoothies, and they were very watered down plus the mango chunks did not taste nothing like mango I'm very disappointed 😞
