Really cute shop & nice staff! 3.5/5 though… Only concern is the coconut sherbet is extremely sweet, to the point that I can’t drink it until I get home to water it down with some ice. Flavour is great but there’s something in it that’s just too sweet (maybe tapioca or a flavoured syrup) My fiancé got a watermelon slush that was amazing & I literally saw the staff cut up fresh watermelon just for it!

Today we got 2 mango smoothies, and they were very watered down plus the mango chunks did not taste nothing like mango I'm very disappointed 😞

It’s amazing and cheap please can you open at 2:30 which is after school today is Thursday and me and my friend had a coupon because we kept on buying bubble tea from that place but we kept on trying to come but you guys kept on closing before we got there So please try to stay open after school hours
Would just double check the total cost before paying - on at least 3 different occasions have been charged between 50 cents to a dollar more.
Unclear if it was an honest error or if the menu prices listed just haven’t been updated for price increases.
First time when I had pointed it out a few months ago, was refunded the overcharge ($1) when charged for a smoothie when ordered an lychee ice crush. The last time it happened (overcharge 50 cents) was told all the prices have increased, and the laminated menu prices were wrong. Hopefully if that was the case, that they will update the menus posted in front of the counter.

Small cozy place to have a fairly average well priced bubble tea. Highly recommend trying this place out.
I rated atmosphere 3 stars as one of their stools broke when I was having my catch up with a friend. It was a weird slow motion moment of feeling how the stool I was sitting on was slowly going down but luckily I was able to stand up before it fell to the ground. Other than that, the service was fast and friendly. I shall come back soon.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the area. Paid street parking in front or free street parking for a quick 1 min walk.

Good spot if you're looking for good priced, authentic bubble tea, without all the flare and extras. Service is quick and there is decent seating for such a small place! I recommend the Milk Green Tea!
