What an incredibly special and overall amazing experience. To say dinner was delicious would be an understatement: it honestly rivalled the tasting course my husband and I did at Eleven Madison Park. It’s hard to pick a favourite dish, but the gnocchi, the squash and their focaccia sourdough will live rent free in my brain forever. And, with all due respect to a previous review, the top prize goes to the Maitake mushroom dish: it was next level. My husband finished his so quickly and tried to take some off my plate and I had to fend him off with my fork. They had fantastic cocktails, wine, and non-alc wine options as well. The service was authentic and the perfect level of attentive.
Overall a very, very special and absolutely delicious dinner, different from anything we’ve had in Toronto. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely outstanding and although we're not vegetarian we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic food and the wine pairing
As a big meat lover, I was amazed by how delicious each of these vegetable based dishes tasted. The service was also excellent. This was such a memorable, mouth watering and eye opening experience. I will definitely return for their next seasonal tasting menus.

What a treat of a meal. The service and food were both impeccable. I can’t believe this place does not have lines out the door given how amazing the food and vibes were. I would definitely come back each season to try the different menus as the menu is seasonal.

Had a lovely, magical celebration dinner here. Everything in the tasting menu was so beautifully inventive and incredibly flavourful, all the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional and it was a pleasure to see the Chefs at work as we ate (watching Chef Julian scoop ice cream is like watching a ballet). Every single bite was a delight (and we left extremely sated and happy) but the dishes made with Brassicas & Egg, Koginut Squash and Poblano, and Onion and Sunchoke were our favourites of the night. Total showstoppers!

Dining here felt like stepping into a place where food becomes a kind of storytelling. Some flavours pushed me out of my comfort zone, others were instantly memorable, but all of them made the experience feel more like engaging with art than simply having dinner. It’s the kind of meal that stays with you long after you’ve left.

Amazing experience at ten this past weekend. Incredible value for the level of cooking and precision it takes to do plants well. At $155 per person for 10-12 courses, this is a steal comparatively to what other similar restaurants are charging in the city. The attention to detail, passion and quality of ingredients definitely comes through.

While some dishes were great. On average the dishes were good. At $200+/person, Ten is charging far too much for a vegetarian only tasting menu. You can get better value at Lucie, Queztal, Bar Isabel, etc.
Would not recommend to others.

What a wonderful experience. It was my first time here to this small ten seater restaurant as per the name. From start to finish we spent about 2.5 hours, because we had a lovely time talking to the other guests and to the chefs has such a creative mind bringing vegetables to the forefront, and WOW, did each and every dish have so much flavour, I never thought vegetables could taste that good.

Of the ten courses served, we only liked four (the squash, the sourdough, the ice cream, and the strawberry), a very disappointing ratio indeed, especially considering that one was bread and two were desserts.
In general, the food was overpowered by the sauces. The ingredients should have been given a chance to speak for themselves instead of being smothered by heavy sauces; in fact, we couldn’t even taste what was inside the gnocchi. To make it worse, one particular, sweet sauce was doused on three or four courses, making them not only all taste the same but look very unappetizing. Moreover, there should have been more green vegetables as well as tofu or tempeh. Considering what was served, the menu was overpriced.
Finally, the restaurant is not suitable for a group of three or more as one can only sit at the counter, facing the kitchen, thus making it difficult to carry on a conversation.
