Tenoch (tea-notch) is the coziest Mexicana restaurant I have found in Toronto. I have been here 4 times so far. I'm an Irish Canadian, but love cultural exploration. Tenoch could be translated to Teacher, for friendly introduction and experience in Mexicana comida (food), and in general, beyond cultures and cuisine, perhaps the warmest place on St Clair W. Tonight I had pozole, whatever you try, with an open mind, you will ❤️ 💯

We really enjoyed this Mexican Restaurant on St Clair at Oakwood. We're in TO for a short time and came in late our 1st night. The lemon rice with the Dorados was sublime as were the taco chips with the green sauce! Service was warm and friendly as was the fun Halloween décor and Latin American atmosphere. TENOCH Restaurant on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto is a cozy and authentic Mexican spot that perfectly captures the warmth, flavor, and spirit of Mexico. The atmosphere is welcoming, the décor is vibrant, and the food is absolutely delicious. Their chicken tacos, in particular, are a must-try — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of authentic Mexican flavor.
