“LOVE this place! The most delicious burrittos I've ever had! AND had to take 1/2 of them home as they were so filling. I had the shrimp while my friend had the smoked lamb and we shared them. Both were excellent. We loved sitting at the window table and watching everyone on College St. walk by with their dogs. Also $10 for a glass of Prosecco!?! Bargain! Decent prices and great service and atmosphere. We will be back. PS. Great place to hang out before a show at The Royal Theatre literally steps away.“

“I recently bought a bowl, the flavours and taste was nice and it was fairly filling. The only downside was the packaging which really needs improvement. My cover fell out (it's a very loose for on the bowl) and some of the sauce spilled out. In addition the paper bowl gets soggy really quick so be aware.“

“This place always has the kindest staff and generous portions in my experience! I once spilled something (not their food) all over my pants and the staff member (not sure if it was the manager) was so sweet in helping me not only grab a paper towel to clean myself up, but also added some soap to it to prevent further soilage and offered advice on how to get the stain out.“

I had an incredible time at BarBurrito! The food was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared — every bite was delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they care about what they do and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. “Went for lunch and it was a solid meal. Got a large burrito and when they wrapped it up it was almost comical how large it was. But it tasted great.

I went for lunch but there wasn’t much of a crowed. Maybe I just missed it.

Go for the breaded chicken, it’s got a good crunch to it and good flavour.“

“It was my first time at the Roses Social when we went there for the Cinco de Mayo brunch event. It was already a full house when we arrived and there was a queue of guests waiting to be seated. The atmosphere was very lively while a Mariachi band was playing. We started our fiesta with their curated cocktails made with luxury tequila—Don Julio 1942. We had Roses Paloma and Flower Child which were both refreshing and had the right kick in lieu of the festivities. For the food, we went straight for the mains and then shared a dessert which was good for two people. *MAINS* LOBSTER and SHRIMP ROLL It was such a flavour heaven but not overpowering thanks to the Chipotle aioli. There was a generous amount of lobster in the sandwich and the bread that was used was delicious in its own right. PANCAKES SUPREME The pancakes were light, fluffy, and perfectly tangy, with the ricotta adding a creamy richness that balanced beautifully with the citrus. The berry compote added a burst of sweetness and tartness that complemented each bite, while the Chantilly cream melted delicately into the stack. A sprinkle of granola on top brought the perfect crunch, making each mouthful a delightful mix of textures and flavors. STEAK and EGGS The perfectly cooked golden yolks added a creamy contrast to the savoury steak done the best way possible: Medium rare. Together, the combination is simple yet deeply satisfying. *DESSERT* CAST IRON COOKIE It's a fusion of warm chocolate chip brownie and salted caramel, perfectly balanced by a scoop of creamy vegan vanilla ice cream. Each bite delivers a rich variation of textures and flavors that’s both indulgent and comforting.“

“It seems that the chicken quality is back to being excellent. I stopped coming here because my last few visits a few months ago were disappointing; the chicken was often burned or extremely dry. However, I decided to return and give it one last try, and I’m so happy I did. The chicken is now top-notch—always fresh and juicy. My girlfriend is also pleased with the current quality. I hope you don’t revert to the old ways. It looks like you’ve hired the right person in the kitchen. My girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back every week now.“

“Food is really tasty and decent portions . Freshwest salad was really flavourful and filling. Their service however needs a little improvement. I ordered through ritual, and went to pick up 20 minutes later. When I got in, my order wasnt ready, there was no customers so the place was dead. The guys didn't know what I was talking about . Just need to pay a little more attention to the customers orders .“
