Not really even sure i would call this food. Scraps of nearly raw beef on top of a bowl of spaghetti with a Mr. Noodles seasoning pack and some bits of frozen veg. Save your money and punch yourself in the face instead, you won't get food poisoning.

Got general thai chicken pineapple found Raw chicken in it... the cook doesn't seem to care, my food was mad less then 4 mins... very disappointed.

Visited on Sept 9, 2025 at 1pm. One of the workers was coughing into the food. You shouldn’t be working if you’re sick or put a mask on.

Found a little roach in my food. The refunded me the money of only my food and not my boyfriends food, but he didn’t have the courage to finish his plate for obvious reasons

I ordered Thai express and I have been a fan for almost 10 years . This location is the worst and will be driving the reputation of this chain business into the ground if no one does anything about it . I order general Thai pineapple due to nostalgia . The rice was old and hard . There was no gravy whatsoever . I’m very shocked that they would even serve this . I order at 1 pm so I don’t understand where u are serving stale old rice from . This is absolutely disgusting . Driest food ever .
And no I do not need an apology from customer service - because that apology does not return my money or fix the ruined lunch time meal .

I’ve been to many Thai Express and this one was so awful it was like a completely different restaurant. Chicken was raw some pieces bloody and pink inside, carrots were rock hard and raw, sauce was really wet and watery never seen anything like it whole thing tasted like water. I don’t leave reviews but this one you must stay away… truly disgusting and unacceptable level of quality and honestly food safety

I love the food here, and I can say that I order from here at least once a day.

Usually Don't like leaving bad reviews but this was so disappointing. Gone to a ton of other locations and it's one of my go-to favorites when I'm out. Tofu was cooked weird and everything tasted undercooked or goopy? I don't know how else to describe it. I literally couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it out cause we were in a rush.

We arrived very late to the food court today where most other stalls were closed. The cashier was very kind and accepted our orders. The Thai tea she recommended was also very refreshing! Great food, excellent service.

Very poor customer service from the lady who is at the cashier today... 20th June 2025 at 1:30pm..
She is very rude.
