Great after sales customer service.
Vegetarian options: It suits my requirements at this point in time. They can definitely add more options in their menu

I visited Thai Express in Eaton Centre for the first time, and it was a disappointing experience that will also be my last. From the moment I ordered, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff member was practically yelling at us, with no hint of respect or politeness—no “thank you,” no “please.” It felt as if we were an inconvenience rather than customers. When I tried to clarify my order, her response was dismissive and abrasive.
Even after speaking with other staff members to address my concerns, the attitude was the same—cold and indifferent. This is not how customers should be treated, and it made for a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values courteous service.

i think the employees here are wonderful and upbeat, but the tofu is never pressed, which makes it watery and a lot less enjoyable

In short, they made the noodles right I placed the order, served in fresh and “super” hot noodles. The topping was more than enough for me but feels like the amount of chicken looks too little for that.

Horrible, never again. I had a pad thai. They should call it BAD Thai.
Not only it tasted bad, it didnt have the key ingredients like palm sugar, or tamarind.

I don’t understand the one star reviews on Google- It’s a food court, people. Stop whining about not getting gourmet authentic Thai food…
With the proper expectations, this place is good stuff. Portion sizes are large, food is tasty, value is reasonable, service is friendly, and the fact that it’s freshly cooked in front of you is a great bonus. I always go for the chicken Tom Yum soup and am never disappointed.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a food court, kids are welcome here

Chicken was greasy and flavourless, springroll was clearly stale. Asked for extra spicy, food lacks any kinda of heat. I like their other locations but this one is really not up to the mark

They used their hands (without gloves) to pick up the noodles that fell on the edge of the bowl and put them back into the bowl. Super gross.

Surprisingly good pad thai. It's fast food pad thai, so you can't expect much, but it's GOOD STILL. Plus, portion is gigantic. But pretty oily. Obviously way more noodles than chicken, but again, it's Thai Express. The staff are very nice and friendly as well. Plus, they make it fresh in front of you, so bonus points for that. I also just love thai food so, extra points.

Not clean, people don’t wear gloves and have dirty nails. No hygiene here at all.

I ordered the General Thai Mango. The taste was good, but there was WAY too much sauce. Also, the staff was very unfriendly and rude.

Came here yesterday and ordered a spicy pad Thai and an extra spicy General pineapple. Upon placing our order, the lady at the counter tried warning us that we cannot handle those spice levels. We then insisted and she said no refunds if we don’t like it, which is fine. Tell me why we get home and it’s the blandest, non-spiciest food. If anything I want a refund for the food being exactly what I didn’t ask for. Not only was it non-spicy it tasted like they forgot to season both dishes, I had to come back home and season it with salt to make it more palatable, and even then my trash ate almost all of it. I usually love Thai express and this time the food wasn’t worth the money.

The pad Thai just hits different. But for $18 you can get better food. As always this thing needs more chicken.
Crazy how I still find myself wanting a pad Thai from Thai express every now and then.
