I’ve been to many Thai Express and this one was so awful it was like a completely different restaurant. Chicken was raw some pieces bloody and pink inside, carrots were rock hard and raw, sauce was really wet and watery never seen anything like it whole thing tasted like water. I don’t leave reviews but this one you must stay away… truly disgusting and unacceptable level of quality and honestly food safety

I love the food here, and I can say that I order from here at least once a day.

Usually Don't like leaving bad reviews but this was so disappointing. Gone to a ton of other locations and it's one of my go-to favorites when I'm out. Tofu was cooked weird and everything tasted undercooked or goopy? I don't know how else to describe it. I literally couldn't finish it and ended up throwing it out cause we were in a rush.

We arrived very late to the food court today where most other stalls were closed. The cashier was very kind and accepted our orders. The Thai tea she recommended was also very refreshing! Great food, excellent service.

Very poor customer service from the lady who is at the cashier today... 20th June 2025 at 1:30pm..
She is very rude.

Wanted to order a TomYum chicken mini soup at the Eaton Centre location. The woman would not allow it. She would only allow me to order the regular size. I asked her where in the menu did it specify that? She didn’t answer and only pointed to the combos. That was crap. I ordered one a couple of weeks previously at same location with no problems. I walked away and purchased a small noodle soup elsewhere.

I bought two soups combos with 2 ginger ales and spring rolls, one of them being a Tom Yum soup. I wasn’t feeling well so I figured I’d get soup before going home to rest. One of them had broth, the other one had NO BROTH whatsoever. I tried calling but no answer. This is annoying. If I wanted just noodles, I would have ordered Pad Thai.

Either get lobster off your menu, or keep it in stock.

Terrible staff. I asked for a container for my leftovers and they acted like I wanted to steal a container from them without paying for it. I threw out my food instead of getting the container and won't order from them anymore. Inappropriate behavior is definitely the main reason for my regret.

Their food was really good, at least for me!

The nature of the workers working here is very bad.

Vegetarian options: It suits my requirements at this point in time. They can definitely add more options in their menu
