I had an absolutely delightful dinner with two of my sons and their wonderful girlfriends. Our shrimp spring roll appetizers were stupidly delightful - crisp on the outside and tender inside. Gave new meaning to the word "generous".
The chicken satay was by far the best I have ever tasted: plump, succulent, tender and, yes, generous too. My tamarind ginger snapper was richly flavored and cooked to perfection...falling away from the bones with ridiculous ease.
