I really enjoyed this place's bubble tea, especially the milk tea series, which combined fresh milk with coffee gelly. It wasn’t overly sweet, but the strawberry tested really enjoy. I urge you to try Alley if you enjoy bubble tea.

Very disappointing because this place was wonderful when it opened but has steadily declined in terms of quality service. On most recent visit was given alot of attitude when I asked if a drink could be made with less ice. After that I was refused a plastic straw and told they were only served with hot drinks. I explained that the paper straws they use fall apart and aren't big enough for the aloe topping, and I was still refused.

Similar to other Alley locations. The drinks are refreshing and innovative, and I think they are a bit higher in quality compared to other large bubble tea chains (looking at you Chatime and Coco). However the flipside of that is that it is also a bit pricier as well.The atmosphere and aesthetic are super cute and they often have limited edition drinks (in limited edition cups lol). Service was really friendly as well :)
