Absolutely love this place. Staff is very kind and service is great.
All the drinks are really good and they allow customization to desired type of milk, amount of sugar, syrups etc.
Yummy drinks, friendly service and awesome vibes.
We tried the refreshing Trio Milk Tea (Large) and absolutely loved it! The surroundings were cozy and welcoming, making the experience even better.
Worst cafe. Louder than a drunk bar. Music, guests, background noises, all of it makes it up to be a very low quality environment.
The staff didn’t ask us about our sugar or ice preferences, and one of the drinks was made incorrectly. The tapioca pearls were also extremely hard—almost impossible to chew. Not a great experience overall.
Best in Toronto
Beautiful space.
Delicious matcha and i love how nice this location is, it’s on the Main Street but it’s close by and quiet, nice outside seating area.
Loved meeting fellow Canadian Ahgases

Most Alleys are well staffed, so we’ve never had an issue before. This location is vastly different, almost as if they are trained to lie.
We asked about the new matcha menu and crunchy menu, to which they said there was no customization allowed (ice, sweetness or toppings). We went along with this although two other locations we’d been to with the same menus allowed us to reduce sweetness and ice at least.
The worst part came after we received our drinks and saw obviously how little tapioca they gave us. When we asked them why it was so clearly little compared to other locations, they looked us dead in the eyes and said “The other locations are doing it wrong. We are only supposed to give HALF a scoop of tapioca, so those locations aren’t following the rules.”
They were so serious about their response that we didn’t bother arguing further. There’s another Alley a 10 minute walk south from this location, so we won’t be coming here again.
I can leave this place, cook a 12 ounce steak and come back in and my drink still wouldn’t be ready. 20 minutes with no line is insanity
Overpriced ice tea!!!!!!!
Slow service. 15 minutes for two teas. Missed our train. Drink was mid too.
Lots of options. Always delicious! We’ve been here multiple times and just once has the tapioca been just slightly too hard, but otherwise all amazing experiences.
