Terrible. The room and the location are the only reasons why this place has any customers at all. The service is unprofessional and inconsistent, the food is passable but not great. They constantly screw up drink orders, and the last time I was there for brunch on a weekend, they let another customer bring a dog to their table - a violation of the health code.
Run, do not walk, to this place. I can’t believe I’ve lived across the street for three years without ever stopping by.

My friend and I met for a casual brunch catch up and were pleasantly surprised with this place.
I ordered me an avocado toast with smoked salmon. The toast is sourdough which I really appreciated. It’s not your usual avocado toast; there is balsamic glaze and pesto. I really like both balsamic glaze and pesto but I’m not sure it was matched well for this dish. Individually, these flavours are my favourite....
