Absolute worst customer service you'll ever get in Toronto. I called to place an order but no one answered. I looked at the menu online and I saw they had a buy one get one free on the burger bro. When I tried to place my order, the discount wasn't applied, so I didn't go through with he ordered and opted to way and call back. When I called back, they told me to do it online instead of just taking my order. I told them that the discount is not applied at check out, they told me to just do it and that it would work. In good faith, I skeptically chose to trust the man. I went through with the order, still no discount. I called back and told him the discount wasn't applied. He told me to call door dash. I told him that I was calling him to fix the issue because he's the restaurant and he's the one getting paid. He refused to help me and insisted I contact door dash. I notice at the end of the order, there was a help button. It was absolutely useless as it just lead me back to calling the store! Absolutely ridiculous and useless. So misleading. Never ordering this trash again.

Really good food. Freshly made with nice ingredients. Super friendly service and fast! The burger was cooked perfectly, and the chicken fingers were lightly battered and spiced. The Bro sauce was incredible, and I'd put it on everything, kind of a spicy garlic sauce. The only issues would be the meat sandwich was dry (it could use the sauce), and the fries were well cooked but not seasoned; needed some salt... but I dipped in the Bro sauce. I'm assuming getting the cheese fries or poutine would be great, but regular, they are too plain. Would definitely come back

This place has everything you want from burgers to burritos! It's always fresh and full of flavour. These are my favourite burgers in the city at a blessed price.
When I want to be healthy the burrito bowl is the perfect option!

The burgers were juicy and the fries had a nice crisp to it. I was pretty sure the brioche buns were hand made because of how fluffy they were. The food was like homemade burgers and fries. It was a very good price for how good quality the meal was.they also had lots of drinks to chose from. Service was fast and simple. The wait was 15 minutes. The place itself was nice with lots of tables and designs. Definetly the best burger place in GTA,I will definitely come back after how good it was.

I went today and order jacked burger its a huge burger. Even those guys are busy and treated so well appreciate for them. And the burger is so good in taste and price.. Really appreciate paramjot’s behaviour and service.
