Had a great Winterlicious dinner at The Carbon Bar! It was our first time dining in and the food, service, drinks, and ambience were fantastic! The portion sizes were generous and we'll absolutely come back!

Live in the neighborhood and eat here a couple times a year. The Winterlicious menu is a great deal at 55$. Stated with a couple of cocktails. We got one Caesar salad and one crudo as our starters. Both were delicious. The crudo was a wonderful combination of flavours, served on a delicious dressing I wish I had a spoon to finish. We both got the bbq plate. We were asked by our server if we would like it as one platter. It's our fav bbq in the city. Ribs, brisket, pulled...

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food tasted delicious. The room looks amazing. We sat at the corner of the bar and it was a great first date spot if you're both omnivores.
