Fairly cool hidden bar experience: locked door you have to call a number to be let in through, sketchy hallway to walk down before entering the bar. Very nicely 1920s decorated bar with comfortable seating, dim lighting, and candles. Reasonably priced drinks considering they don't accept tips. Very attentive servers.

The ambience is absolutely amazing for a romantic date, music set the perfect mood and the drinks were delicious. Thank you for such an amazing experience. The place is very hidden, nice ambience the staff are very helpful. Drinks didn't meet the expectations and were bit pricy. They should have more drinks option like just simple old fashioned or some more selection of beers. Would love to come here again of they change or tweak the menu a little bit.

Cloak bar is one of the highly coveted “speakeasy” establishments in Toronto. Naturally I was very excited to be here. You have to call someone to let you in. Its a really nice vibe - sexy, dim lighting, circular booths, intimate. Classic speakeasy. However, the drinks are a little pricey and not super boozy. And that’s where my 3 star rating comes in. At a $22 price point I expect a beautiful, complex and boozy cocktail. The beauty and complexity alone isn’t worth the price. I should be able to tell what alcohol has been used immediately on my first sip. That’s a good cocktail in my opinion.Of the three drinks I tried, the honey bourbon Betty was my favourite. It’s a beautiful, sweet cocktail with the nicest, faint touch of hazelnut.

Ozcan always ensures that I have a great time whether I’m visiting by myself or coming with others, while Matteo serves up the best drinks I’ve had in the city. Visiting here is always an incredible time due to the drinks, incredible vibe, and outstanding service! Cloak bar is a must visit in Toronto.

We only went for after dinner drinks so I cannot comment on the food. Scanning the menu it looked like they had a very nice selection of eats.

The cocktails were delicious and crafted with care, sprouts app was ? and the bar manager T just took greatest of care and interest with our experience. 6 stars our of 5. Will definitely going back for more cocktails and delicious food.
Excellent place for 30 or 40 somethings who require a mature outing. Love the vibes, music was fantastic. Small but intimate, easy to find, definitely an experience, definitely returning.

An awesome low-key bar. Cocktails were top notch, each person in our group discovered something new to try, and the service was exceptional - our server was able to suggest perfect matches to our preferences, so that was outstanding. It was quite unusual to see a bar almost empty at 10:30 pm and then get filled up to the brim by midnight, but when more people showed up the place got very lively and active, while still being cozy. Overall - had a great time and will be coming back again.
