I ordered the bento box from Mea River and it was amazing! Everything was freshly cooked and the flavors were incredible. I had the shrimp dumplings with noodles and chili oil — absolutely delicious. The food was so fresh and full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back again!
And the price was great !!

If you are looking for authentic Shanghainese wontons these aren’t it. The flavour is flat and there’s barely any shepherd’s purse(signature ingredient in Shanghainese wontons)in them. Not worth the extra cost.

They change the order on Ubereats without communicating with customers. I ordered several different flavours of the wontons, wanted different sauces and soup. There’s no any soup came in! The shrimp flavour is not fresh! And the spinach pine seeds ones don’t taste pine seeds at all!

Truly great food my family always suggests this place to our friends .They even gave me free dumplings and they were absolutely delicious. Thanks !

Delishous dumplings. Very clean venue I like that you actually see them preparing the food, its shows a level of dedication and cleanliness. The food is great quality. Staff are friendly.

The staff is not very friendly.. and soup with seafood was not good unfortunately

Lovely little spot for dumplings! I got the shrimp x chili oil combo, it wasn't groundbreaking for me, but it was pretty good for a quick snack before a show! Their yuzu iced tea was nice and refreshing as well.

The dumplings taste good both with meat or vegan, and I love the jazzy music playing at this place, creating cozy and nice ambience. Service is great too. Honestly cannot ask for more.

Outstanding discovery, I was looking for exactly what the Daily Dumpling was offering! Great friendly service, awesome flavours that took me back to a moment in my life when I called Shanghai home. I can't wait to revisit! The second we got out dishes, we reordered seconds. Thank you for bringing Shanghai to Toronto!
