The pizza at Fourth Man is usually extraordinary. My wife and I went there last night while it was quite busy (first time eating in the restuarant). The pizza wasn't up to the regular standards, it seemed like the pizza dough wasn't quite ready but they used it anyway. I don't think they gave it enough time to proof. The pizza was still pretty good but not the usual great that I've come to expect. The real shocker was that the eat in price was considerably more expensive than the take-out price. I don't think that's right. Also, they expect the customer to do everything through the app including paying before the order even goes in. I'm not technically savvy and to type in my credit card number, phone number, email address was just not fun - especially because I didn't have my reading glasses. When I go to a sit-down restaurant, I usually just tap my credit card. To make things worse, you can't opt out of giving them your information and now I just received a text message with a link - asking for a review. I'm sure email spam is next. This isn't right. A dine-in experience should be a positive and fun thing. This one just left a bad taste in my mouth :-(
