Cute spot and the guy at the bar was really nice but the girl serving was insanely rude and honestly the weirdest energy I have ever seen we just walked out because I couldn’t stand it. Kept complaining about the patio closing in 40 minutes when there’s only a few people and can easily come in. Don’t be a server if you can’t leave your bullshit at home

Popped in for a beer before going out for dinner, the bartender was very nice, and our beers and several jugs of water were brought out to us on their back patio quickly. With a name like The Local it really does match the atmosphere of a local watering hole, it doesn't try to be anything more than it is. Had a small stage that looked like it would.be good for an open mic or small performance, and a table with a bunch of board games. If I was from Toronto I'd probably be a regular.
