The decor is very magical and the drinks are delicious! Harry Potter fans will really love it. Also Alex, the bartender, is a really cool guy who makes sure that you have the best experience while you're there.

The bar is a really cool spot in Toronto. But it is just too small. My boyfriend and I were standing in a tiny corner at the side of the bar for 40 minutes. It’s way too crowded and the drinks look cool but tasted horrible. The waiters were very nice though

Very much a dive bar. It's SO small! I love the Dobby pictures on the wall - the "Dementor's Kiss" drink, the bathrooms are lined with quotes from the books (why couldn't it be follow the BUTTERFLIES? Why did it have to be spiders?!?), and my absolute favorite part of the bar - a neon sign that says "all was well".

Lockhart is an awesome place which has one of the best vibes you cab get from a pub. There is a lot of detail everywhere in the cafe, and you can add your graffiti on the drawing walls. Alex the bartender is a nice dude who will help you out, be sure to talk with him and get food drink recommendations. The bar is a Hufflepuff bar by the way. ?

It's really small. Max capacity is about 40 people. Drinks are pretty expensive and it took forever to get the drinks that we ordered. Service was slow overall and we couldn't get the bartender to come back so we could close out. There also wasn't a whole lot related to Harry Potter. The decor resembled Harry Potter and the drinks were themed, but they played 90s music all night.

Trivia nights are fun and packed. The food is typical bar food and the drinks are a stand out. Recommend for trying and for the HP fans.

We loved the charm, decor, friendliness, cozy feeling, and drinks menu! This is an unassuming bar nestled in a small nook which you could miss from the outside if you weren't looking for it. The atmosphere was warm but a little mysterious, full of trinkets and nods to the books and films, and it felt like we were hanging out in a place which might have been a normal haunt in the actual wizarding world. If you're a fan looking for a delicious taste of magic without all the glitz and glam of official tourism, or just want a very cool bar to casually frequent, The Lockhart is for you.
This place was awesome! Perfect for Harry Potter fans, but still great for anyone looking to try out a new and interesting place to drink. They also make all of their infusions for their drinks in-house, which is awesome.

Really nicely decorated and aesthetic themed bar. It's not overbearingly themed so your friends who aren't as savvy can still go and appreciate the decor. Drinks are a little bit on the pricier side, but are absolutely delicious and worth trying out. Pictured below is the Betterbeer.

It's a cute place and all of their cocktails are real tasty. We got there early and there wasn't anyone there but it suddenly got packed and there weren't any seats so you may want to have a plan-b just in case it's full.

My girlfriend and I visited Toronto for the first time and we both love Harry Potter so when we saw that this bar was a thing we decided that we had to go. Our bartender, Alex, was very friendly and helpful and made it a wonderful experience. We also happened to come on a Tuesday night when a magician was there doing card tricks and he was amazing. We would both highly recommend this bar for anyone visiting Toronto who is or isn’t a Harry Potter fan.
