It is obvious that the food here has been made with care and the owner / staff take pride in preparing their food. However, you’re getting 7/10 food, and a 5/10 ambiance at 10/10 (Michelin star) prices. It simply isn’t good value. The customer service was so so, the owner didn’t seem all that interested in being friendly, and the server definitely oversold us on the “shareable”, the appetizer was the size of a medallion, and costed $30. All told, there are much better options in the neighborhood. Won’t be back.

Spectacular meal, wonderful service and great ambiance. Love the decor and overall vibe!! I’ve been once before but last night I brought new friends in. We shared everything and were all incredibly impressed. We’ll be back as soon as we can. The space and the food transported us 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️ Excellent experience!!!!

Incredible service and incredible food. It was such a wonderful night in a wonderful restaurant. Admittedly we were running a bit late so upon being told the restaurant was closing we finished our wine and said goodnight as the team sat down for staff dinner. We so look forward to coming back!!

After having an enjoyable meal and having wine left to drink, we were asked to leave our table for 2 at 10:15 so they could prepare it for the next day When we said we still had wine to drink fromthe bottle we bought they told us to finish it at the bar We were at the bar no more than 10 minutes when staff friends walked in ready to party and we were akef to leave - twice! We had wine in our glasses and we were told to leave so staff could eat - really??’!! Where is you customer service? We just apent $300 in your resto Disgusting customer service A nice evening ruined I will nevwr go back and will relay my experience (x2) to my friends and neighbors.

Outstanding food (taste and presentation), service, and ambience. The restaurant is super cozy with an elevated but relaxed atmosphere.
Our server Olga was fantastic and took alot of time and care in explaining the menu to us, answering our questions, and providing great wine recommendations. We ordered the cabbage salad and squash for appetizers, and the eggplant and chicken for our mains - the quality and flavour of every dish was absolutely impeccable.
Our only regret is that we hadn't tried eating here sooner. We can't wait to come back again.

What a fantastic restaurant. Great service from a staff that is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Really warm and comfortable vibe/atmosphere. The vegetable appetizers were tasty, balanced. We also enjoyed a Sea Bass crudo with heirloom tomatoes and peach. The star main for us was the Hokkaido Scallops on corn purée and capers. We chose to have a second round of scallops instead of desert, so look forward to trying the deserts next time. Highly recommend!

i had wanted to try this restaurant for a while and was really looking forward to a nice dinner with my wife. the place is cute and i think has a good vibe. i’m honestly just a bit shocked at how bad the food tasted. like yes the portions are so tiny but that would have been fine if it tasted good. we ordered two “apps” and the steak. the two apps we got were the squash and the eggplant - both of which were not good at all, in like kind of a ridiculous way. we also were accidentally served the cucumber dish which we ate but was like comical - i don’t even know a better word for it. i can’t belive that would be served. we had the ribeye which was a fine piece of meat, im not mad at it. the presentation of each dish is pretty and that’s nice, but i’m not sure if i’ve ever been so let down by a meal. sigh. sorry to the owner, your responses are a bit unhinged so im a bit afraid of you. i wish you the best of luck but i literally think almost any other restaurant is better. sorry :(

Our server was wonderful and the atmosphere inside had nice, cozy vibes. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t for me. Portions were very small (which is fine), but the dishes lacked flavor, which was disappointing given the price point. The steak was the highlight of the meal and easily the best part.
The real issue, however, came after my partner left an honest review about their experience. Instead of taking feedback constructively recognizing not every patron will enjoy their experience, the owner chose to respond by aggressively threatening a woman online, telling her to “say it to his face.” Criticizing my body language and how I chose to say goodbye. Saying we have “no rights “. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable.

Everything about this restaurant is so thoughtfully executed. You can tell the passion and love that goes into creating each dish, it’s truly inspired! The rotating vegetable dishes are always stellar, they serve the best steak I’ve ever had, and I DREAM about the honey cake.
This is definitely a special occasion kind of place, it’s so incredibly special and should be appreciated as such <3 cannot wait to go again!

Stop is a shining light in the Toronto food scene- their food is very thoughtful, always seasonal and always cooked exceptionally well! Amazing fish, meat and cheese quality.
Their honey cake is the best dessert in toronto!! All of their vegetables are highlights as well.
