We visited for a Sunday night Jazz show whilst visiting Toronto and it was a great experience. The food was great too - we would recommend the steak and the crispy chicken sandwich. There was a good selection of beers and wines, all at a reasonable price. The service excellent too.
Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, I stopped by The Rex for the jazz bar and I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in the city! Found along Queen Street a few minutes walk from Osgoode TTC station.
I didn’t get a chance to snap any photos of the interior or exterior during this first visit, but the atmosphere was both comforting and classy. The live band playing that evening was absolutely fantastic.

First time, but won't be my last. Excellent venue with a good selection of food and drinks. Cover is a great deal for the quality they're known for and I was not disappointed.
