I recently visited the newly relocated The Shameful Tiki Room in Toronto and was greeted by Masazumi at the door with a big smile which began our Tiki journey…. The new space is fantastic, especially the upstairs lounge. The vibe is warm, comfortable, and distinct from the main tiki room while still keeping the spirit of the bar alive. A shoutout goes to the owners, Alana and Brendan who are responsible for creating such a unique and welcoming place. You can really feel the care and personality behind everything here. While I was there, Lisa was behind the bar. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. Her hospitality elevated the entire experience and her drinks were bar none! Absolutely Perfect! The new location is a worthy next chapter for The Shameful Tiki Room. Great atmosphere, outstanding service, and exceptional cocktails and food. I’ll definitely be back.

Ton of fun but seating is tight and awkward, nearly dropped the whole bowl trying to make room for fries…. Also the menu has shifted a bit on drink.
More importantly, and a more critical evaluation, the eats here are awful. They need to overhaul their food options badly, everything is what I assume (and tasted) like pre packaged, processed, low quality items that were majority fried or reheated, and yet took forever to arrive
This isn’t a dinner spot regardless, but its egregiously bad for bar eats, especially on queen. They just need to develop a few simple, and quality Shareables, to truly improve this experience- even the Chicken strips were passable at the old location but never made it here.
Dumplings were acceptable, but only 4 being served sabotages its redemption due to poor value.

Came in for one drink before dinner and ended up cancelling our reservation elsewhere because we didn’t want to leave. The cocktails were fantastic, and the bartender was so nice, with good recommendations every time we couldn’t decide what to order. The atmosphere was so fun, and the lighting made it the perfect date spot. Sorry my photos do not do the drinks justice.
my friends and i came here to celebrate a birthday and had a blast. we got 2 of the drinking bowls to share and had so much fun! the fries were incredible and the atmosphere was so amazing!

We went here for happy hour! Such fun and cute vibes inside. Tasty drinks. Some are stronger than others and are marked as so on the menu. We also got fries and a spam musubi. Yum! Service was excellent
