A wonderful, off-the-main-road Yonge street sushi place. I normally go for all you can eat, however I decided to try this for a quick dinner. I’m so glad I did! I ordered the torched salmon, which is flame torched salmon on a roll of salmon avocado sushi, and the freshness was great! Not too much rice and a good size for the price, $14. I got it to go, and the lady (maybe owner or manager?) gave me some tea while waiting (amazing tea!) and miso soup to try. I came back the next night just for the miso! 💯 recommend if you are a sushi lover! Also very cool you can see the chefs working behind the counter, and display ingredients.

Such a cozy and charming place, it truly has that authentic Japanese vibe! The staff were so friendly and always greeted me with a big smile😊 The fish was incredibly fresh and tasted amazing, definitely some of the best I’ve had! I also loved the hint of sesame in the rice and the great variety on the menu. Can’t wait to come back! 🍣✨

This place is fantastic!! The sushi was prepared really well, with lots of great options. Tried their special lobster roll, rainbow roll and spicy salmon roll. All were fantastic! (Miso soup was good too.) Great experience sitting at the bar, watching the sushi be prepared. The staff and servers were great, super friendly and attentive.

Hands down the best sushi in Lawrence park. Dr. Sushi and his partner are wonderful. The food is excellent quality and well worth the price. The service is second to none and they make you feel so welcome with their greetings when you walk in and when you leave. Such a gem in the neighborhood.

Wishing we'd come here sooner after being in the area for 4 years. The service was so good and the sushi was delicious. The quality of the fish was very high and it was really nice to see they didn't put a bit of fish on a big portion of rice, but the opposite. 100% will be back.
