We've enjoyed Hugh Tea at a half dozen restaurants in Canada, England and South Africa. The Windsor Arms was gone of the better ones. Ambience, service, presentation, tea choices were all great and enjoyed our afternoon.
My mother, my daughter and myself came to Windsor Arms for High Tea. This was a Christmas present for my mother. The room was lovely and our server was attentive and very friendly. The food was a combination of scones, finger sandwiches and pastries. Everything was delicious. This would have been a five star experience except for the renovations taking place in the room next to us lessened the experience. My friend and I (in our sixties) enjoyed the high tea experience. We were transported back in time. The tea and food was very good and service was impeccable. The drawbacks were construction right next door to the tea room and a fairly hefty cost, but it was a once in a lifetime experience.
