I accidentally dropped my raisin wheel and asked if I can get another one. I expected it to be free of charge, however, they said I will have to pay for it even though it was an accident.
Unprofessional and rude work staff I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing service, amazing quality of bread and pastry, tons of variety, and I crave their mochas! Drink it from a mug as you enjoy a treat...trust me!
Love this French bakery. Service is friendly and everything I tried so far was very good !! The Flan just the same as the one from France. The Pesto sandwich was very tasty. Loved the almond chocolate croissant and the coconut flower!
you guys made our Father’s Day breakfast TERRIBLE! BAGUETTE WAS NOT FRESH ALSO WE GOT CROISSANTS ONE CHOCLACLATE ONE ALMOND THEY ARE ALSO NOT FRESH THEY ARE DEFINITELY MADE IT 1-2 day ago I can say they are definitely lost their quality compared to 1-2 year.
The dark chocolate praline pound cake was amazing! Chocolate lovers would go head over heels.
Everything I got from here looked like it would be amazing, but I was disappointed. I didn't even get through half of the brownie for example. I don't think i've ever failed to finish a brownie!
Nice bread with a lot of variety.
I love their beignets and almond chocolate croissant
Pricey. And the coffee is so-so. I'd recommend Origin nearby instead.

The staff were friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the other stuff.
The woman (think she had dark brown hair, late 20s to early 30s) serving me didn’t think I would notice that one of the macarons were broken and she seemed to be trying to place it in the box so I wouldn’t notice. I had ask her switch it out, but later after I paid, I saw one of the macarons was significantly smaller and I’ve never seen them that size anywhere! I asked her about it and she said they’re all like that and that’s how they were baked. I decided to not bother asking for a refund or argue. She also dropped of one my packaged items on the floor and I think she switched it out, but I’m not fully certain.
Their cake and chocolate bar I got were okay. Their croissants are horrible! They’re not flaky or buttery and are too hard, dense, and tasted more bread-like and reminded me of supermarket croissants. I had fruit and cream on croissants too.
The au pain chocolate and quiches also didn’t look good so I didn’t buy them.
I haven’t been here in years and I recall why now. I usually go to other French bakeries not in this neighbourhood if I wanted decent French pastries.
I’m very disappointed after spending $50 and won’t be returning. Serving broken and defective pastries thinking customers won’t notice and dropping food is unacceptable.
Poor Quality, poor Service, dark and congested interior
Thobors is an incredible bakery with great service.
The atmosphere is very delicate and intimate, since it doesn't have many tables and chairs, but it's perfect for having a coffee, enjoying a croissant and enjoying all the flavor of a delicious sweet treat.
The bakery is close to several bus stops, private parking lots and paid parking lots.
The salon is really small, but it's possible to enter with walkers and wheelchairs. For those who go with babies, they have high chairs for children.
The display window is an incredible environment, always with all the products very well organized and well presented, in addition to having great prices, and being extremely tasty.
It's really worth visiting
Was not expecting a $6 cookie to be rock hard. Freshness is questionable
Pleasant service and quality items. My team loved all the goodies I brought into the office will definitely return in the future!
