Got a really yummy cardamom latte. The café was busy and a little bit slow. A second barista really could have helped out, but the one working was making drinks at incredible speed. I think when it’s busy with only one employee maybe turning off mobile ordering would be a good idea to reduce wait times…The atmosphere was quite nice, well designed but somewhat small. In an area with many great cafés, Thor fits right in, and I will continue stopping in regularly.

Walked this place and thought I would give it a try. It’s hard to tell from the outside that it’s a coffee shop. I only knew from the small sign they had out from. The inside has a cool vibe but no seating inside. They had a few chair and tables outside.
The staff are friendly. I enjoyed the dirty earl which was recommended.
I will be going back to try other items on the menu. Unfortunately, I’m more likely to go on a weekend, but they’re closed both Saturday and Sunday.

Edit: just wanted to let anyone who might be interested in the coffee beans know, the light roast has changed and while the prices have decreased slightly, the weight of the bag has decreased even more. Unfortunately not so great value anymore and I can't say I like the new light roast very much. This might be due to the coffee bean shortages and while I'm personally not a fan of the changes, I'm leaving my old review as I hope others will continue to support Thor.

I'm a big fan of their coffee beans, I've tried the beans from a couple different places in Toronto and find Thor's hard to beat in terms of quality and value for price. My favorite is the light roast (yellow bag) but the medium (blue) is great as well!

This is a one-time visit so might just have been bad luck. Ordered a cortado, got a Latte (2x too much milk for a cortado). Unforgivably, it was luke warm. $5.14 for a luke warm drink I didn't order? Nope.

One of, if not the best light and medium roast beans in the city. Price is very reasonable compared to other roasters in the GTA.
The staff is also amazing.

Had a lovely experience this morning. The Americano I got was well balanced and smooth, and the service was also excellent :)

Strong, flavorful cappuccino every time. Large size is about 5.50$ which is cheaper than other specialty coffees in the area. Unfortunately, there is no seating here, which is a con in cold weather. Coffee is still a must-try!

The espresso i had was using the colombian beans. It was good. Nothing special. I am a bit sad you can't try their beans as filtered coffee though before deciding to buy from odin roaster. Also didnt hit me till later than thor is the son of odin... which makes sense how this cafe is named.

No idea how Thor only has 40 reviews. This place has BY FAR the most flavourful espresso I’ve ever tasted. Enough said.
