I always have a great experience at the Tim Hortons at 477 Dundas Street West! The staff here are incredibly welcoming and consistently provide fast, friendly service. Even during the morning rush, they stay calm, efficient, and polite. My coffee is always fresh, and the food is well-prepared—hot, tasty, and exactly how I ordered it.
The location is clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe. It’s a great spot to take a quick break or meet up with a friend. I really appreciate how the team keeps the place tidy and inviting, especially the washrooms, which are always well-maintained.
Huge shoutout to the staff—they clearly care about their customers and it shows. This has become my go-to Tim Hortons in the area. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re nearby!

I visit this Hortons almost every afternoon. There are exquisite snacks and friendly service staff. I feel very comfortable tasting the fragrant and delicious coffee here.
I have bought coffee several times, but basically there is no coffee smell, or it would be more appropriate to describe it as coffee grounds boiled with water! I think the boss should reflect on his professional ethics! This is not China. Don’t bring China’s bad habits of cutting corners and cutting corners here. I’m ashamed of you!

One of lowest service I have seen in تیم hortons. They open at 6 and I got there at 6:30 but they told me there is no washroom till 9 am?! I asked for a egg and cheese croissant and they said they don't have it. One of the most basic breakfast item and they didn't have it. I ended up just getting a bottle of water....
