Poor service. This store takes order online and doesn’t open the store on time and keeps the customer waiting for too long. The morning staff is always late and ignorant. Lots of homeless people in the area too. DON’T RECOMMEND visiting this place. It’s a waste of time. The staff surely needs changes.

This Tims is ridiculously cold. With your winter coat, it still feels cold. Heat is set on lowest. Common practice as seen before. Not right. Staff are great tho.

On my way to work this morning, I stopped by Team Hose and bought a coffee. However, I later realized the coffee was cold and came to Timurton to have it replaced. But no matter what I did, they didn't change it. Their service is zero and they have no respect for customers.

We had intended to stop in for a coffee, however, upon entering the establishment, we were concerned by the apparent lack of cleanliness throughout the premises. The overall condition of the space did not meet acceptable hygiene standards, which led us to feel uncomfortable and ultimately decide to leave without placing an order. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any food and beverage setting, and regrettably, this location did not meet that standard.
