Scariest tims in canada. There are zombies infront of this tims like walking dead tv show. Very sad. This tims needs 2 security guards. So scarry. Garbage everywhere on floor in front. Fix this place tims corporate. But for the positive side morning crew june and Amy are Amazing always smiling and happy. That's why I still keep comming

It's a pity to go in and buy something and see how deplorable and dirty this place is. You walk in and the trash is overflowing, not to mention the restrooms. The women's restroom is blocked and doesn't work, and the men's restroom is disgustingly dirty. I left without buying anything because that speaks volumes about the quality of the food or its handling.

Found a mouse in this Tim Hortons... The staff didn't even care. Stay away from here all the pastries were on open shelves where all the mice had easy access to.
I had a very bad experience during my visit. One of the girls working there had a very rude and unprofessional attitude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, their washroom was closed the entire time — there was a banner saying “cleaning,” but when we asked when it would be ready, they casually said “tomorrow.” That’s absolutely ridiculous for any public place. Not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others for this Tim Hortons.

Very disappointed with Tim Hortons. The staff were rude and showed no respect toward customers. they responded with attitude instead of help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a service-based business. Definitely reconsidering returning. Poor customer service ruins the experience completely.
