It was great experience at the Tim Hortons at Dufferin Mall . The staff were so good and friendly specially the Nepali Girl helped me while ordering the food and drinks. She was so polite with the customers. Loved their food and service . Will be back soon!

I regularly visit this place, and Kai always makes my visits a pleasure. She always prepares my order with care and accuracy.kai’s friendly attitude and quick service make my coffee runs much more enjoyable. I highly recommend coming by when she’s on shift!

I came this morning in hopes of grabbing a ‘quick’ coffee and breakfast. Staff was not able to understand my perfectly articulated order. Gave me the wrong items. And couldn’t make the proper coffee I ordered (cold brew). I got to work “excited” to eat the wrap that I already knew was made wrong (and served with sass) and on my first bite. I bit directly into a 1 inch big piece of egg shell.
The man outside begging for change has better communication and competency, and is more friendly than the staff inside. 10/10
