I ordered and someone after me were waiting and the two staff were talking, the person behind me agreed.
I said more working less talking since we were waiting 3 mins I got a scramble egg and sausage box which had not prepping. the guy say I’m not your servant and I can’t play him like that I feel like he was threatening me but I’m not afraid of people. It’s also not the first time I’ve seen negative attitudes at this location.
I’m a paying customer and come here at least 2 x a day, I think that the staff need learn how to talk to customers.

Terrible service. The people working here are super slow. Waited nearly 20 mins in the line. Still they were busy serving only one customer. Question is what was the second guy even doing? The first guy was busy serving the first customer that all the other customers were frustrated? Had to leave without my coffee being frustrated. Terrible service.

If I could give 0 I would. This place was gross. Washrooms were pissed over everything. No toilet paper in either washroom Girls washroom had unknown substance in it. I got supervisor to go look and he immediately told staff both washrooms would be closed for next 30 minutes. The store was as bad. Coffee was appalling. Don't go there. EVERY!!!
