I went to Tim Hortons recently and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered the Chicken Habanero Wrap and the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, but both came out wrong. Instead of the wrap I asked for, they gave me a Chipotle Steak Wrap, and the pizza I got was Cheese Flatbread instead of pepperoni. Neither of those were what I ordered.

To make things worse, I asked for 10 Timbits, but I was charged for 20. I didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt later, so I ended up paying more for something I didn’t even get.

Everything i come to this location the washroom os absolutely disgusting. When I speak to staff and ask for it to be cleaned they ignore me and refuse to clean the washroom. I'm thinking about advising public health about this continuing issue.

I’m frustrated with this location at this point. This is the third time I’ve ordered a large iced latte with an extra espresso shot, and once again, I’ve been handed what tastes like iced coffee or a watered-down milk drink. A large latte should already have two shots by default, and I’m paying for an extra shot because I can’t even get the standard two most of the time. What I got today was barely darker than milk and went straight down the sink. I’m done wasting my money here. please train your staff on how to make basic drinks properly.

I went to the restaurant at 590 Keele yesterday and after standing in line for 5 minutes being to only customer and seeing a employee on the phone and others just walking by me I walked out. Why is it that every time I enter this store I have to wait for someone to come and take my order. I can understand waiting if there is a line up but when I am the only one in line this is unacceptable especially when the store is not busy. After I walked out I went to the store at the stock Yards wich is owned by the same people and was told by the employee that he hears all the time that the store at 590 Keele has bad cumstomer service. I for one agree. When staff members are talking or talking on their phones instead of serving customers they should be fired. I want to ask where is the manager or supervisor when this is going on.
Inclosing in my opinion this store has poor supervisor's

Nice christmas decorations and christmas music. It can get kind of loud, though. Unfortunately, there is.
I mentally disturbed asian guy who paces up and down and stares at people. There's also a homeless guy with his dog that harasses people at the drive-through.

Very often, forget little things. No napkins, no butter, no cardboard Cutlery, no ketchup up.

I ordered a parmesan chicken pizza with extra sauce and large chili for DINE -IN. after sitting down: No butter, cuttery, no NAPKINS, and no extra sauce.

Kid-friendliness: Very large bathroom for mothers and kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible. With wheel.

I want to recommend this location to everyone. I was here at this location to try their new Caramel Brownie filled ring Donut. The donut looks so mouthwatering and tastes so fresh as well. I also want to mention that I liked the service and also the environment of the restaurant is very friendly.

Third class service by the staff I literally told him thriceeee i need one medium still that guy served me one large and one medium and guess what didnt even mix it well i asked for vanilla in the coffee but nothing why being so rude while serving coffee ? Thats your job rght? hire better people third class service
