Worst place to order the staff really need some sort of training they can’t even make a proper iced coffee because they are less focused on work they do even ignore me when i was ordering my stuff he just disappeared in between the talks not a recommendable place

I really enjoy this Tim Hortons location — the staff are so kind, communicative, and genuinely sweet. It’s honestly one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Even when it gets busy, I never feel rushed, and the team always makes my visits pleasant. The interactions I’ve had here are memorable, even just through the drive-through.
The food quality is always consistent, and any order changes or add-ons are always done correctly. If there’s ever a longer wait, they politely ask us to pull aside and bring our order right out. The staff here truly care about good service, and a few of them always brighten my day with their kindness and smiles. It’s little moments like that that make me keep coming back. Great job to the whole team! And to management, whatever your training process is towards your staff or what you look at in the hiring process you’re doing a phenomenal job and the team that you have shows it.

This is the worst one in the city. 2 days in a row wrong items received they don’t speak English. When I tried to return to get correct item the man at the drive thru became aggressive. Asked for refund. My order was not small. I left because I was holding up the line. I DID NOT receive my refund. Terrible service food and drinks not done properly at all. Avoid at all costs. Go to the new one at St Clair and Alberta. No drive thru but very good service.
