If there was a minus 10 they deserve that score.

This is the worst one in the city. 2 days in a row wrong items received they don’t speak English. When I tried to return to get correct item the man at the drive thru became aggressive. Asked for refund. My order was not small. I left because I was holding up the line. I DID NOT receive my refund. Terrible service food and drinks not done properly at all. Avoid at all costs. Go to the new one at St Clair and Alberta. No drive thru but very good service.

This is not the first time I’ve been ripped off at this Tim Hortons – they give the wrong change and then laugh about it.

I really don’t understand what is wrong with you guys! I usually order online through tims app and every time i get an order the coffee are always spilled over in the bag..? Why is that? Last time i ordered garlic bread and it super cold and looked like it was made weeks before. Least you can do is heat up things.
Worst experience! Despite of giving several chances same thing happens every time. Never ordering again

Ordered on Tim’s app its literally third time got whole order spoiled. Drinks all spilled and cold too . Its just 3 min away from my place don’t no how its just get so cold in 3 minutes .

The chicken wraps were extremely tasty 😀 and well wrapped 🫔.

Hi there. I am beyond disappointed with this stupidity. It has been several times that I and my husband go into the store #590 and order ice cappuccino. The girl at the counter replies” we’re out of ice cappuccino . We are two girls here we cannot lift the bucket” we then reluctantly order another drink. Well guess what???? The same thing happened today, but the difference is that my husband didn’t order another drink. He left and got coffee from MacDonald instead. What is going on with this Tim’s location??? There is always some sort of circus happening there!!! This is very disturbing. And they continue speaking in their own language in front of us customers. Not cool!!! We are in Canada. Speak English!!!

I went to Tim Hortons recently and had a really frustrating experience. I ordered the Chicken Habanero Wrap and the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, but both came out wrong. Instead of the wrap I asked for, they gave me a Chipotle Steak Wrap, and the pizza I got was Cheese Flatbread instead of pepperoni. Neither of those were what I ordered.

To make things worse, I asked for 10 Timbits, but I was charged for 20. I didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt later, so I ended up paying more for something I didn’t even get.

Everything i come to this location the washroom os absolutely disgusting. When I speak to staff and ask for it to be cleaned they ignore me and refuse to clean the washroom. I'm thinking about advising public health about this continuing issue.
