Waiting on a response from this restaurant for drinks I ordered on the mobile app that they couldn't make or refund me on the spot. I contacted the Tim Hortons Guest Care team on the app like they suggested me to do 11 weeks ago, and I have been asking for updates since. No solutions. They keep saying I will be contacted by the restaurant, and nobody has attempted to reach out to me yet. Awful customer service.
Do not do mobile orders at this location. I placed an order for 2 drinks and was told they didn't have them at this location. When I asked tor a refund, they said that they can't do refunds and to request a refund through the mobile app customer support. I then contacted support and was told to request for it from the restaurant. I went to the restaurant a second time and was told to contact support again. Both are saying it's from each other. I have put in a ticket to escalate the problem, and over one month later, there is still no response/resolution. Terrible system and service.

The Line is so long and they don’t open another register. It makes absolutely zero sense. They take extremely long to make your food and complain when you have any modifications to your order.
Not just service is rude, the coffee are never fresh here and the muffins and donuts , they are kept here for days until someone’s buy and eat it.For a big brand like tim hortons, this is disgusting ?

Service is consistently rude. I’ve been going almost daily for 2 weeks and staff attitude ranges from very rude to indifferent. Some of the staff are much more interested in talking to each other in their language than serving anyone, so they treat you like an interruption! Also coffee tastes watered down and the Rewards tap does not work. Looks like this branch is trying to cut corners.Go to the one across the road!

Rude staff at Tim Hortons.Tim Hortons needs to do better on the people they hire. Get some people with decency and respect for their customers.

They don’t accept the Tim Rewards card, and the service is really slow. There was big line ups.
I have never seen such disrespect toward the patients of Bridgepoint hospital form the Tim Hortons staff. They are rude and disrespectful to the patients that don't have many choices and can not run out. Tim hortons needs to take over this site. The patients of Bridgepoint deserve better, much better then what they get at this tim hortons.
Edited 2 times: THEY JUST DONT GET THE ORDERS RIGHT. AT LEAST 80% OF THE TIME THEY DON'T. BE IT PLAIN COFFEE OR BREAKFAST SANDWICH. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING.Still, I thank you for the service during this Pandemic.Note: They don't participate/accept Tim's points card.

Right in bridgepoint rehab building! so great for patients, staff and visitors to get a great selection of classics. Unfortunately no sandwiches or big menu meals as it's a counter only. Caf seating behind. Line ups are positively mental all day so be prepared to wait
Unless you're just getting a basic coffee or tea, do yourself a favor and go to the one across the street. Limited selection and the staff screw up orders frequently. They're friendly though (except the manager)
Advertisements in google maps are obnoxious. Bad marketing results in ill will.
Prices going up, muffins keep getting smaller
The only on-site source of food and drink when the cafeteria is closed. It's an ok place, with a limited selection of foods. I've only ever seen 2 people behind the counter, using one cash, so things can get rather slow at times.
