I placed an online order at Tim Hortons around 6:45 and came down to pick it up after 15 minutes, understanding that the staff might be busy. However, after waiting for quite some time, I was told that the priority was the line-up of in-store customers. Even after the line was almost done, more people came, and they were still served before my order. Then, instead of informing me properly, the staff suddenly shouted that my coffee was there. This kind of communication felt unprofessional and disappointing. It really defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, and I hope this can be improved for better customer service.

I go there almost twice in a week and sometimes I do mobile order sometimes directly and I always buy 3 coffee at 1 time one of the staff is so rude she never gave me tray I usually took it by myself today she put my coffee 1 over other which I didn't like and ask tray and say you never give me tray please understand there are 3 coffee so she started to argue with me mobile order doesn't get tray blabla she is able to work in hospital environment very rude tell her that its not india you should be soft kind to be working in hospital. You are elder women so I choose to walkout best wishes. If you can not give tray put the tray out so we can reach easily. 😒
